I am reviewing a product I bought almost 4 yrs ago (May 2014). It gets hours of use everyday. I am a minimalist with furniture so I use my computer on the couch about 6 ft away from from my tower. This keyboard sits comfortably on my lap or a lap desk; connectivity has remained solid with intermittent losses, primarily when the batteries need to be changed. Ive only changed the batteries 3 times since purchase on the keyboard, approximately 6 on the mouse. That is with never powering off either; you will probably get longer battery life if you turn the units off when not in use. This is an excellent keyboard for the price and I cant find any reason to complain. The biggest reason I gave it only 4 stars is because of Logitechs design itself. Not even their high-end models of keyboard have CAPLOCK lights to indicate if its on or not, that is more just a pain than problematic, but still a pain. I would recommend this keyboard for anyone who isnt looking for a fancy showpiece or has special needs in their keyboard utilities. Its a good little keyboard.

Logitech keyboard / mouse combo MK320. The descriptions and images of this item on Amazon are confusing and contradicting at best. It makes it difficult to know exactly what you are buying. I bought my combo in August 2015. What is currently being sold does differ somewhat from what was shown and described on the Amazon web site, at least at the time I purchased mine. My box was labeled “wireless combo MK320" The keyboard inside Is K330 and the mouse M215. The photos of the mouse on Amazon show a giant USB receiver stored on the bottom of the mouse. This is not the present configuration of the mouse. There is one of the small Logitech Unifying USB receivers included with this combo. Since the keyboard and mouse can be paired together one Unifying receiver services both the mouse and keyboard, so they need to be used together. If you want to use the keyboard one place and the mouse another, you will need to buy another USB receiver. The mouse is very basic. Nothing flashy to look at. It feels like the inexpensive plastic it’s made of but it does have Logitech’s Unifying technology. That is it’s best feature. It uses one AA battery and the small Logitech Unifying USB receiver that comes with this combo (Unlike the large one shown) can be stored inside the battery compartment. The mouse is just under 4 inches long and is marked on the bottom with the Unifying star symbol. (Unlike the one shown). The keyboard and mouse in this combo are both unifying devices and both can be connected to the one unifying USB receiver included. Pairing the mouse and keyboard to the one receiver was easy using the Logitech Set point Unifying Software. If you don’t have the software you can download it from the Logitech website. The keyboard is a standard size keyboard. The spacing of the keys is like any other full size keyboard. If this is what you are used to typing on there should be no difference from what you are used to. The keys have concave tops which is the feel I’m used to and prefer. The keys are pretty quiet. You can hear them, but this keyboard is much quieter than my old Microsoft keyboard. The tactile feel and functionality of a keyboard or mouse is quite subjective so your impressions could be different than mine. With that said, I think my comments on the keyboard and mouse would, on average, be considered a fair representation of them. There is an on / off switch on the keyboard, but it’s located on the bottom. If you turn your keyboard on and off often you will have to turn the keyboard over to do so. I personally never turn it off which does not appear to have any negative effect on battery life. The gray one touch hot keys across the top of the keyboard work right out of the box, no programming needed. There is no indicator light for either the caps lock or num lock key, probably to save battery power. Each time you hit either key a brief message halo pops up on screen indicating if the function is on or off. This method does the job and I dont miss the indicator lights on the keyboard. I have used this keyboard since August 2015 and the batteries still show as fully charged so battery life is excellent. I use rechargeable Eneloop batteries so in the end battery life and replacement cost is not an important consideration for me. The price for this combo fluctuates. Mine was $23.99 and sold by Amazon. I see today it’s $28.45 and fulfilled by Amazon. If you just need a basic keyboard and mouse at twenty four dollars I don’t see how you can go too far wrong with this combo. After using them, I’d buy them again.

I need these for my lab. Lots of them. This is the second "exploratory" order Ive placed of a small quantity. I will not order again- and am returning all of them. Both orders were received without the "Tiny Unifying receiver" that "stays in your laptop and connects up to six compatible mice and keyboards." Making them worthless to me-. Instead of the convenience of an Amazon order, the engineers go to Best Buy, where they are going to get the product they want- instead of whatever this is. Dont waste your time on these.

As a freelance writer, I type about 800,000 words per year. That means that, after about 18 months or so, I literally wear out a keyboard. Ive tried a number of different models of keyboards, but I find myself most satisfied with the Logitech MK320 model. The "click" is crisp and positive, and it doesnt require me to pound the keys, so that my wrists and fingers are spared soreness. The layout is logical and user-friendly (although that may be a function of my familiarity with it after five or six years). Never had any trouble with power -- one AA battery is enough to carry me through the typical 18-month lifetime of each keyboard -- and the wireless connection works just fine. Its a good, steady, dependable workhorse of a keyboard. Highly recommended.

This is a good keyboard and mouse combo but it does not come with the advertised Unify receiver. It comes with a dedicated USB receiver but cannot be paired with a Unify receiver. Very disappointing since I bought it for this feature. Amazon, fix your advertising.

For the price, it’s a great little combo! The mouse is petite and has your basic buttons, and it works really well on almost every surface we’ve tried so far. The keyboard is light and the buttons aren’t clunky for raised keys, however, there are a few small things about it I consider impractical. First, the power switch for the keyboard is on the back rather than the front, which seems just unnecessary considering the ample room left in the design at the top of the keyboard. Second, there is no light or other indicator that the power or even the caps lock is on. Third, when I went to ctrl+alt+del one day, something just didn’t feel right. They’ve redesigned the upper navigation keys and smushed them together in a strange way. Maybe not a big deal for some, but for a gamer that likes to remap commands for convenience, it could be a problem. Over all, a good purchase for the price, but is definitely just a replacement for now and I’ll be looking to buy a different model in the future.

The only thing Ive EVER been impressed with from Logitech over many years is the wireless keyboard and mouse managed via the unifying receiver. Simple, reliable, affordable... awesome. So I bought this keyboard/mouse only to find out the receiver is not unifying and the mouse/keyboard wont connect to a unifying receiver. What Logitech genius thought this up? Guess what... Logitech is back on the garbage list. They should sell nothing other than the unifying receiver and related paraphernalia.

No, the mouse and keyboard are not connected to the same usb plug. Mouse will work, but to have a working keyboard you will need to do some extra work. Somehow I doubt this is an actual Logitech product, but a cheap knock-off that somehow got into Amazons inventory. (copied from Logitech page - the grammar is theirs) If the your mouse and keyboard dont show the Unifying logo (an orange square with a star in the middle) its a Nano receiver and to connect your MK320 you need to install Logitech Connection Utility. you can find both software in the MK320 support page: Oh -- and good luck trying to deal with their "MK320 support page". It will take you 15 seconds to realize how pointless an effort it is.

Six months after purchase, keyboard no longer functioning properly. It loses the connection on a frequent basis; one minute its fine, and youre typing along, the next minute you look at the screen and what you typed isnt there. And you cant get the cursor to move, you just have to wait it out. The mouse is fine, no issues with that. But the keyboard -- particularly in an office environment - is infuriating. At first I thought it was a hibernation or sleep issue, but it sometimes stops for seemingly no reason when youve been actively using it (like it just did as I typed this.) I was a Logitech fan up until now. Wouldnt recommend, not even on sale.

I understand that this keyboard was not marketed as being super ergonomic, so I dont expect the same sort of wrist pad that the Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard 5000 had, nor do I expect the key rows to gently curve in consideration how the human hand naturally falls. What I do, however, expect is to be able to locate the home row on feel alone. F and J both the slightest little hint of a raised bar on the very, very edge of the keycap - but the height is only about 0.08mm (based on my 3D printers 0.1mm layer high being more noticeable than this). Same for the raised bit on the 5 key of the numpad. Does it work? Yes, I mean, its a keyboard: There werent too many ways for this to go wrong. Im typing this review on it right now and thoroughly hating every moment of it as Im typing at roughly 10% my normal speed and accuracy. If I needed a full sized keyboard and reasonably sized (albeit too small for my liking) mouse to keep in my laptop bag, this wouldnt be a bad system for short term usage. But as an everyday driver? As the keyboard I will be using for 50+ hours a week in varied lighting conditions and postures? No. For my specific needs, this is a 0 star keyboard. That review, however, is not only impossible but unfair to you, the assumedly average user. This came with batteries right out the box - a nice feature and a rarity these days. The optical mouse doesnt use light visible to the human eye so thats good if youre tired of bright LED driven mice. The connection range and latency are both perfectly acceptable from all of my testing so far. And the signal has no problem with going through any people, pets, cushions or whatever might happen to be in the way. So, I wont tell you NOT to buy this keyboard. But I will say that if youre going to buy a keyboard for your main system (Laptop, desktop, or otherwise) consider finding one that is easier on the hands, and provides an easier experience overall. Switching from one QWERTY keyboard to the other should not require you to look down to find the home row. It simply shouldnt. Could I burn this non-ergonomic layout into muscle memory? Yes, of course. But why? Why would I do that?
