Great mousepad, I almost went with the speed version, but Im glad I went with the normal one. Its very soft and smooth. The stitched edges should help keep it from peeling apart like my old steel series pad did even though I didnt wash it. Mine is very slightly different than the listed L/W, its 9.6 x 11.2, so there may well be a small amount variance on that just due to the stitching which is understandable. Will probably be buying another when this one eventually dies.

The pattern is attractive but I have an optical mouse that doesnt need much room. I got this because I am tired of the cloth coming off of smaller pads and to keep the keyboard and anything else I put on it reasonably in place. I use a small computer desk originally bought for one of my sons who graduated to bigger furniture and it is only 3/4" wider than the wood pull out tray for the keyboard and mouse. I deal with that by letting it roll up a little on each side rather than cutting a pad and speeding up its eventual failure on the edges. For now I use it with a mousepad with a wrist rest and that stays on better than it did on just the finished wood. Eventually I will cut the wrist rest off the old mouse pad or find a stand alone wrist rest. Height wise the gaming pad is wider than the pull out keyboard and mouse tray, but it is not noticeable and it hasnt caught on anything with the tray going in or out of its storage position. i recommend this for everyone and not just for gamers. It helps keep the area around the keyboard more attractive and such that pens and such are less likely to roll off onto the floor or my lap. I assume the extra large pad helps gamers both keep handy more types of controllers and move the chosen device faster over a larger range of motion. I am not though a computer game player, so the 5 stars for gaming is speculation.

I have used “regular” mouse pads for years. I play CSGO and other games and also do some occasional digital art. Getting this big mouse pad (which is relatively thin) is a revelation, I love it! The edges are put together to be durable, too, so it shouldn’t fray. I’ve had it for months now, and I will buy another just like it if I ever need to replace it. You can get it in different sizes, make sure you measure your available space.

I am knocking 3 stars off because this mouse pad comes shipped rolled up like a tube. Since it was rolled up, it formed a "lump" on the left side of the mouse pad. If it were a regular mouse pad, I wouldnt care, but its a gaming mouse pad. Its been three days since I received, and it still hasnt flattened out. This means that the surface area is decreased because I have to make sure I keep my mouse on the flat part. You can see it on the left side of the mouse pad in my pic. Outside of that, its worked great for me. Im using a Logitech G502. I play CSGO and Fortnite. Hoping that this flattens out by this coming Wednesday. If it doesnt flatten out after a week, Ill be reaching out the vendor.

I purchased the Hyper X Fury S Speed (red/black design one) in hopes of improving my tracking. I really really love the look and feel of this mouse pad. It looks really cool, its soft on the skin, and makes your mouse smooth as butter! Unfortunately it was too smooth for me... I originally had a QcK that I liked but after getting a larger desk I decided it was time to retire it and go for a new one. My flicks were good (I main an AWP on CS), but my tracking was subpar. I grabbed this mouse pad in hopes of fixing that, and as much as I wanted to like it I just couldnt aim well with it. I kept trying for a whole month using this thing and it just made my aim worse. I play a game called Aim Lab where you essentially just shoot at targets and it rates your accuracy, reaction time, etc. After using this mouse pad my accuracy dropped by almost 10% on Aim Lab, and this is after a month of daily use. I definitely felt I could track better and was less twitchy, but I would slide past targets constantly when flicking. It was just too slippery for me, but I loved everything else about it. I instead got a Zowie GSR and keep the Hyper X under my keyboard. Around 80% of my 6ft desk is now covered in mouse pad lol. A mouse pad can change how well you play by a lot. People underestimate this, and when I was missing easy shots and playing far worse than usual on CSGO I told people "Im on a new mouse pad", and theyd just (understandably) laugh and say Im making excuses. The same day I switched to the Zowie GSR is the same day my accuracy rating on Aim Lab went back to what it was on my QcK and I could aim again. I definitely would recommend this mouse pad. $20 is a great price for the size, quality, design and smoothness you get. Keep in mind though that it might not work for you. I feel like this mouse pad would work great for people who palm grip their mouse. I personally finger tip grip my mouse and it allows me to flick accurately and quickly, but it doesnt give me much control. This mouse pad in return doesnt mingle well with finger tip grips since its very slippery. Nonetheless, I liked the look of it so much that I kept it as an asthetic even after buying a new mouse pad. I recommend it, but like I said be ready to return it if it doesnt work for you.

So during the flash deals just after Thanksgiving, I saw this mouse pad on sale for so cheap. Like so cheap I am not even going to say (just barely into the double digits shipped!). It almost feels like I stole it. It says its large, and I need a new mouse pad so I buy it without even looking at the description. HOLY HELL, this thing is huge. As you can see it covers my entire desk! It measures 35"x 16 1/4". At first I thought WTF am I going to do with this thing. Then after I cleaned my desk off (it was bad) I laid this out and it fits perfect. Its nice to not be limited to a certain area to use the mouse. The material feels very high quality, and so far I cannot see any wear at all. I use this daily and sometimes work from home and it gets lots of use those days. As a secondary reason to like it, its much harder to have a messy desk. I think having a black background makes the stuff much easier to see, and in turn it bothers me so I clean it up.

I am not a gamer but do appreciate a large mouse pad for cad work. My previous pad was getting cruddy looking and wanted to replace it. I wasnt exactly in a good state of mind when i ordered this. I just saw "X-Large" and thought that was about right for the pad it was replacing. Needless to say when it arrived I was like...why did my wife order an area rug for the house?!? Maybe its a standing pad to relieve fatigue while in the kitchen... oh..... wait..... no........ sweet Geezus..... I like it :). In defense of the company they did put the dimensions and 900mm is nearly a meter wide. Overcoming the shock of its size, I have actually grown to really like it. I can place my entire keyboard on it and it keeps it from sliding. I have tons of space for my mouse and I get some added benefit of it cushioning my wrists while I type. Over-all a superb value for the price I paid. This think exceeded my expectations. I may order another for work.

Have the Large version (not extended). Mouse moves very smoothly and consistently, no tracking issues. The stitched edges are a personal preference, Im using a logitech g900 which is wireless so they dont bother me and are good for durability, Ive heard of cables getting snagged on them from others though. It stays in place extremely well and is absolutely massive (which I wanted). Highly recommend if youre looking for a great mouse pad and dont want to shell out for an artisan or some RGB glowy gimmick thatll tear up your mouse feet because its a hard pad.

I picked this up during a sale at just under 2 digits, and am happy with it for the price I paid. Comparing to SteelSeries mousepad: - the HyperX material is smoother/slicker, and when moving the mouse around I had to adjust my mouse settings speed down by 15% - SteelSeries is softer, and when you push down on it, has less resistance. The HyperX material is more resistant and firmer - the feel of the SteelSeries is more like a knit material. The HyperX feels more like a polished fleece - over time, the SteelSeries has slight differences in the height due to the softer material and wear on certain areas. I have not had the HyperX as long, but I imagine the wear will be less due to the material - I was initially concerned the HyperX stitched edge might affect my wrist, but using the mouse in the center of the pad hasnt caused me any issues. Your experience may vary depending on your preferences Overall - both pads are great, it comes down to your preferences. I personally find SteelSeries to be more comfortable and precise (because of the knit material) and the HyperX to be faster at moving the mouse around.

Not really but this mouse pad is really good. I had my doubts before buying it in terms of surface friction factor, I was using a Corsair MM300 before and change it to an older one due to it being a little too hi friction for my low sense style. Swapped to an older one which is really smooth (low friction). This HyperX Fury S is somewhere in between, I liked it a lot instantly and after practicing my aim I noticed better control (than my low friction pad) and still ease of movement. So right now this is my go to mouse pad. If you play with low sensitivity definitely give it a try. I got the Shroud limited edition and it looks really nice tbh. Material feels really high quality, cant talk too much about durability since Ive used it for two weeks only.
