I am really surprised for receiving such a "New" product under the Name of "Certified Refurbished" it looks like new the Magic Mouse 2 came in a generic box and a lighting cable for charge is included and the Seller warranty for 90 days thats all .... but the only note is that the lighting cable is a slightly used ... I would thank AMAZON for that and obviously the honest seller "ExclusiveDirect"......

I was a bit skeptical of buying such an expensive mouse at first, but needless to say, Im not remotely disappointed. Decided to buy the mouse through Amazons Certified Refurbished due to free Prime shipping. The actual mouse sold from Apple via Amazon was only $2 more expensive, but didnt offer free shipping. Mouse came in a generic white box with a Lightning USB charging cable included. Upon inspection of the mouse, I could instantly see a few horizontal scratches in the middle of the mouse. This was probably due to the previous owner setting the mouse upside down while charging (charging port is on the bottom). Regardless, the scratches dont affect the productivity of the mouse and honestly dont look too badly (included some pictures). The gestures are easily my favorite part of using this mouse. I only took the gamble on this mouse because I knew it allowed the use of macOS gestures on the top of the mouse, similarly to the gestures on the trackpad. It takes a bit of getting used to (I dont grip it like a normal mouse), but its extremely effective. The virtual scroll wheel is INSANELY cool and useful. Makes working programs like Garageband a million times easier. As a side note, I did have to bump up the mouse sensitivity quite a bit and it took about a day to get used to the movement of the mouse, but it wasnt a huge deal. To sum it all up, if you dont mind some potential blemishes on the mouse, this is a great way to save yourself $10-$15 on an already expensive mouse. Definitely recommend to any Mac user!

It is a Magic Mouse, and its a love and hate relationship... always has been. My last one lasted me 6 years and thats awesome! But I also was very use to the feel of it and when this one arrived, I noticed something different. The top sheet seems to have a bit of play between the bottom section. So if you press down very softly on the top of the mouse, it has about a millimeter of space where it moves before hitting the bottom half. I dont notice it that much any longer, but just doesnt seem to be as tight as the last one I had for 6 years.

No problem connecting to my Macbook. People that complain about the charging are just idiots. It literally takes ten minutes. Go use the restroom and come back and youll have 60% from 0%. For people like me that HATE excess cords, wireless is the future! Jump onboard!

I dont really know how to begin my review considering you can buy a bluetooth mousepad for a 3rd of the price this cost. but I honestly think it was highly worth the investment. the mouse just feels so comfortable in my hand and the lack of visual buttons just makes it even nice because I can customize the gestures to my liking I dont have to worry about button on the sides that I constantly click by accident I can just swipe all over the mouse and it does everything you need it to do. it connected seamlessly with my macbook and I like not having receivers to carry around or batteries to replace. you can use while charging but I charged it for like 5 mins and Ive been using it all day. personally, if you are not tight on cash I would give this a try. truthfully however, beside the cool gestures theres nothing this mouse has that a 15-20 dollar bluetooth mouse doesnt.

This product stopped working about 2/12 months after receiving it. Would not hold a charge, would not sync up with iMac Bluetooth AND to boot, they wouldnt work with me 4 days after the warranty expired. Horrible customer service and they simply didnt care about feeling ripped-off. If I could give 0 stars I would based solely on how horrible their service was. No apology and no attempt to rectify the issue - just a plain ol "out of warranty, nothing we can do" response. BUYER BEWARE!

Says it comes with a lightning to USB cable and does not. I have other cables of course, so I can charge it, and it does seem to work perfectly fine. Its just annoying to buy something and receive something a little different. Good product, but Amazon should fix their product description (just in case you NEED it to come with the cable).

Long story short: I recommend it. Full review: Overall, I love this mouse. It’s the perfect companion for a MacBook. I love still being able to use certain gestures on the mouse that I’m already accustomed to using on the MacBook trackpad. I’ve occasionally run into connection issues: the mouse doesn’t always connect automatically when turned on, and once in a while I’ve had trouble getting it to connect at all. However, this is rare, so I don’t think of it as a big deal.

Cannot live without this easy mouse! I do video editing and from time to time, am called to use another mouse. Wow, so much more effort and hand strength needed. When you work at the computer for hours and hours doing the tedium necessary for so many activities, this mouse is a must! a slight finger action and I can scroll back and forth. Without this mouse, I know Id not be doing the quality and the timely editing that Im capable of with it. Great mouse. remember to keep it charged!!

Took me awhile to get used to. However, a single charge lasts for a month and blue tooth frees up a port on the new Mac Book Pro (2016 & 17) for something else. Consider buying the Magic Grips if you find the mouse to small for your hand. The grips make a difference surprising difference.
