The keyboard only works when its plugged in and half of the keys dont do what theyre supposed to. The mouse never worked at all. A customer service phone number for the product was given. When i called, an answering machine said they were closed even though i called during the business hours.

Ive been using this since yesterday, and all is well. Battery charge seems fine. Both the keyboard and the mouse are still at 100% after leaving them on overnight, and using them on and off for the past 8 hours. The keyboard looks brand new. The mouse also looks brand new, although if you look really, really close, there are a couple of rubs on it. Overall, very happy with this purchase.

The magic 2 keyboard is too close to the new apple keyboards for me to truly like and recommend this. I would go for the older keyboard that takes batteries, in fact I did - I ordered two of those on amazon, refurbished, both work great and this one went into my travel bag for emergencies

I have no complaints for this item. It came with a charging cord which if i remember seemed pretty small. Made a mental note to not lose it. Of course I did. Managed to find another one that works. So my advice is put the cord somewhere you wont forget. :)

I ordered these products a few days ago. However, only the wireless keyboard was delivered today. The wireless apple mouse 2 and the lightning charging cable was NOT included in the box. There are slightly noticeable scratces in the back of the wireless keyboard which is expected from used items. I will update the rating and this review once I receive the rest of the items and begin using the product.

No charging cable included but I had extra. The products themselves are in fine condition and work well. As for the Apple Keyboard and Mouse, its nice to look at, and interesting to use, but if you are looking for a serious keyboard + mouse set to work with all day long there are much better and cheaper options. The keyboard is nice and compact, I do like the clickity chiclet style, but no backlight, no number keypad and a very low profile up/down key makes it not the best daily driver. The up/down keys are probably 1/2 the height of a pre-2016 macbook pro keyboard and I make a lot of mistakes trying to hit up/down. The mouse is nifty, it doesnt have the gestures that I use the most, but I heard I can install a 3rd party program to get those. Why they arent supported by Apple out of the box I dont know, maybe to promote their trackpad. The less than stellar accuracy of the mouse took some getting used to. I dont recommend this for any CAD/3D modeling work where precision is necessary. In summary the mouse and keyboard are like an expensive pair of red-bottom heels you bought for a night out. They look great, and as long as you dont plan on using them too much, work just fine, but you are paying a premium for aesthetics.

This product is not what is advertised or listed on the shipping box. I have ordered two of them from the same seller (independently) and they both came incorrectly with an Apple Magic Mouse 1. That means it has regular batteries (AA) and is not rechargeable like the magic mouse 2. The keyboard and mouse are both genuine but the cables are fake. In fact, they have exposed wiring at the USB connection. Quality is bad enough on the charging cables that I tossed them straight in the trash. Mouse and keyboard work great - but this item is a low-grade refurb with lots of wear and tear visible on the products. Price is right, but if your looking for pristine refurbs this is NOT your product.

The items are fine with clearly sign of being used. But the descriptions say it comes with "two lightning charging cables" but I only received one. I contacted ExclusivesDirect via email, but they havent responded to me. Its not a huge deal, but I dont like to feel like Ive been cheated by not getting everything I should have, and the fact that the seller doesnt even respond to me is unacceptable.

Do not buy. These are simply customer returned defective product. The magic mouse is not able to maintain reliable Bluetooth connection. This has been tested and confirmed on multiple computers. I ordered and return twice thinking it was merely bad luck on the first order. The replacement also has the same problem. I end up buying a non-refurbished mouse and the problem went away.
