I am usually a fan of the Amazonbasics but this is a terrible product. Way too many issues. The most prominent for me are as follows 1. The keyboard IS ABSOLUTE CRAP. - The connection constantly cuts in and out. (Yes I have replaced the batteries) Creates an absurd amount of typos. I will be mid sentence and it cuts out. Sometimes itll pick the connection right back up, sometimes i have to smash buttons until it recognizes that Im trying to use it. 2. Multiple buttons on the keyboard stick. (I use this for my office. Its not some man cave living room surrounded by drinks and food. Nothing has gotten into the keyboard. It came with sticking buttons. For example, if the keyboard gets bumped, the "1" key goes crazy 1111111111111111111111111111111 (as such) 3. The mouse was absolutely tiny. Feels like it was made for a 110 year old. (<-- supposed to read 10 but due to the sticking 1 key that happens cntantly. (<-- that as ell) The only reason I didnt return it was because I thought I could adapt and didnt want to go back to a corded keyboard and mouse. HUGE REGRET. Buying a new one now. This is a TERRIBLE product.

See update below. This keyboard and mouse are the quietest I have ever used. Pretty cool! The keys on the keyboard are sensitive and need only a light touch. The keys are spaced perfectly for easy typing and 10-key entry. Scrolling with the mouse is awkward. Sometimes, the page doesnt scroll at all; other times, it scrolls up when rolling the scroll wheel down and down when scrolling up. In trying to solve the problem, I put the dongle on the same level and within 18" of the mouse and still have the issues. I dont know what thats about, but for the price, I can live with it. Updated - I returned this product since the mouse scrolling problem got progressively worse, even with new batteries. The keyboard started skipping letters and the 10-key pad would add numbers. Not a good thing, especially when accuracy is vital.

This is a basic QWERTY keyboard with a sleek profile.It uses one dongle for both keyboard and mouse. It paired instantly with my Surface Pro and I was typing within a few minutes . It comes with batteries too ! The most attractive feature for me was the quietness and softness of the keyboard. This mouse and keyboard are virtually silent which I loved ! However ,the space bar only worked 70% of the time which was intolerable. I was hoping mine was just defective and asked for an exchange only to find out that they are out of stock indefinitely. Sadly, I returned it and bought another brand. If it returns to stock I will give it another try .

I bought the AmazonBasics wireless keyboard and mouse a couple of years ago, and Ive been using it every day at the office. Its okay. Because of that, I ordered another one for home use in Nov 2018. The new one is awful. No feedback on the scroll wheel on the mouse, the key are much "mushier", and keystrokes are often not recognized, especially the space bar. I used it for about 30 minutes and I cant use it anymore, its so bad. At $21, its really not even worth going through the trouble to return. I think maybe they changed manufacturers from the one they produced a couple of years ago. Two stars because it actually is a keyboard and a mouse, and it works wirelessly.

well, i need an inexpensive wireless keyboard additional for my laptop and desktop. I am tired with wires being attach to my PC and laptop. This keyboard fits great. Very lightweight. Now i can take my keyboard with me on the go~! i dont need to worry the USB wire attach to my laptop. My wife can watch her drama with this keyboard in bed. The Range is above the same as other wireless keyboard i had. The keyboard and the mouse are easy to connect, I havent encounter any connection issues. No Lag nor delay. The mouse works great just like other big name brand mouse. Come with two set of brand new batteries is a Plus.~! Price Great and cant go wrong with it. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

it works for what I need, but after a month the keyboard has buttons that stick, some that activate even when not pressed, and some that sometimes just dont work. The mouse sometimes doesnt work, or moves slow, and the buttons lost their feel after about a week. you cant tell if youre actually pressing them or not and have to press extra hard to get it to do anything. 5 month update: Mouse will only work on a couple surfaces now and eats batteries. It also scrolls randomly when youre not touching it. Space bar activates randomly, even though its not being depressed. Save your time and money and go with a logitech. 7 Month update: Right mouse button has completely stopped working, mouse itself sometimes completely stops functioning, still eats batteries, and the keyboard still has the original problems. Do no buy this just to save a dollar.

This keyboard arrived missing one the flip out stands(not a huge deal if it worked). The keyboard was working initially without any issues. This keyboard quickly started failing. Keystrokes were not registering. Random keystrokes are being sent to the application in focus. I have tried swapping out batteries and cleaning the contacts with no success. I will see if Amazon stands behind their product and update this review accordingly.

Have been using this keyboard for about a month now at work. The keyboards they provided here were not to my liking at all and knew I needed to get a good wireless replacement. After searching for a nice budget option for a long time, decided to get this Jelly Comb combo. All I can say is that I am very impressed! The switches are laptop style switches which are fine to me and I actually do like using them. Took me a while to get used to typing on the keyboard because it is so flat compared to the one I was using before but after a few hours, I had absolutely no problems whatsoever. No typos and all the keys that I press are always spot on with no sticking of any sort. After using this keyboard a lot from 9-5, M-F, I still have yet to plug this keyboard in to charge after the initial full charge when I got it! It is a lot more quiet than the traditional computer keyboard that I was using before. It also comes with a free clear cover for the keyboard! Adding the cover makes it a lot more quiet than using it without it, but personally, I like using the keyboard without the cover on it. The build is great, all aluminum, no stretch or bending, and dont feel like it will break any time soon. I have no feedback on the mouse because I already had an old MX Master mouse that I was using at home that I brought to the office. However, I did click around on it a little bit when I first got it and it seemed like it would be easy to get comfortable with although it has a very small form factor. The mouse was very quiet compared to any other mouse that I have used in the past. Recommend for anyone looking for a budget-friendly keyboard/mouse combo that is wireless and has a clean simple look! Two of my coworkers even ended up buying the same combo after coming over to the office and seeing what I was using! Will update this review if I run into any problems over the next couple of months to a year

The keyboard is OK. But the mouse is unusable. The scroll wheel feels horrible. Almost free spinning, making it impossible for me to do my spreadsheet work.

I Purchased this wireless keyboard recently for my kids and they loved it .The one we had before had a wire so when they would play games or searched for a video to watch it was too close to the screen, and that was starting to damage their vision, so its great to have this new keyboard because it still recives a signal from far distances. The wireless mouse also works quite although it is quite sesitive. Overall this product is wonderful and I would definitely recommend this item to anyone looking for an affordable and well designed keyboard.
