My 13 year-old loves it. Granted it is his first true gaming computer and nothing he has owned or played on has the hardware that this does. However, I went to every gaming PC site and configured several PCs on those sites trying to find a deal as good as the Skytech deal at Amazon. You really get a lot for the money, which meant I could afford it (with the help of his grandparents) for his birthday. I was surprised that it has a see through panel on one side of the box, but apparently thats cool these days. The hardware has lights so you can look at it - which I dont understand, but hey, whatever. The only issue I have had was that Amazon sent me the wrong color configuration. I ordered the black/red unit and ended up with a white/blue unit. The specs on the box are the same, so not worth hassling with it.

This is a mid-size tower with lots of flash. The price is good. Theres 16GB ram, and a decent video card. Caveats: No optical drive (CD/DVD). No license key sticker on computer. Use freeware program Keyfinder to extract the license number if you want to swap out the hdd for ssd or larger hdd. Failing that, use a disk cloning program like Clonezilla to clone the drive. Limited expandability. Use your SATA connections wisely. There are only 4. Operation seems smooth enough, and its pretty. Ill update as I continue to use.

great pre built pc, especially now that gpu prices are going up quite a bit. My only issue is that 2 of the backside usb ports are wonky and if the devices plugged into them are nudged they disconnect, not a gigantic issue and it could be a problem with just my pc, not all. Also the mouse and keyboard that come with the pc arent trash like i was kind of expecting them to be so thats nice. Overall if buying parts separately is too expensive or seems to daunting to do buy yourself this is a nice buy. Ive recommended this to friends of mine looking for pcs and i recommend it to you too.

First of all, Im lazy and cheap so I didnt buy want to put a PC together from scratch nor did I want to spend too much for a top of the line gaming PC. Complaining about the price seems pretty stupid based on the aforementioned personality traits I possess but this could easily be a $600 machine at retail. Im looking at it as a custom XB1 S. The included 1050ti is adequate but will require an upgrade within the next year, Im sure. So far Ive yet to run into any newer game that I cant run smoothly on a medium setting (RB6 Siege), anything older than 5 years on high/ultra. This machine as it stands will not be able to really handle the likes of a "Battlefield V" but Im OK with that. The keyboard felt flimsy and almost too lightweight for its own good. It was sliding around with even the softest of touches and has been replaced . The mouse, however, feels fantastic and is very responsive. Everything was packed wonderfully, very secure and clean. The biggest positive I have is perhaps the most important one and that would have to be the customer service team. I had a few questions, pre and post purchase, and the timely response from the vendor was most appreciated. (the best method of communication with them seems to be email) In short, would I buy another PC from this company? Yes, but Id also wait for a better deal than the price I paid.

Ive built pretty much every computer Ive ever used since the 90s. Unfortunately, a couple of weeks ago my main desktop (6 years old) had a motherboard failure and I needed a new computer ASAP so my wife could finish grad school classes. I do a little bit of gaming on the side, so we needed a computer that was capable of doing everything and could be delivered quickly. The Skytech came quickly, was setup in minutes, and was a breeze for installation. I also like that they shipped a wireless adapter, however I use the wired connection. Oh, and the fans are far quieter than I expected! My last computer (which was a homebrew in fairness) was much louder and sounded like an aircraft taking off. These fans give off a gentle hum that can pretty much only be heard in the room the computer is located in. All together this has been a great machine so far.

I have had this insane Gaming PC for a few months now. Even though I never wanted to move up to Windows 10, I must say it is the proper OS for this tower. My hatred for Windows 10 must have conspired from updating a crappy acer notebook to it which caused more problems than fixes. Anyways. I have had absolutely no problems out of this machine and even running 2 monitors while streaming a Minecraft, this bad boy has no problems. The adjustable fan speeds are super helpful as well are all the extra bits of software provided for hardcore gaming. I am super happy with my purchase and have been reccomending it to my friends and other gamers in my community.

Its a gorgeous machine all lit up in red, and paired with a 34" widescreen LG monitor (2560x1080) it performs beautifully for my development, my wifes office work, and our sons gaming. We were initially getting some blue screens ("BSOD") pretty regularly, however I fully blame that on Windows 10, as I did the following to address them: 1.) Set up our son as a child and non-admin user on the machine. He was frequently getting BSODs within just a few minutes of logging in. From the error messages I interpreted this as a permissions issue, so I made his account an admin. Not something I wanted to do, but it did put an end to those BSODs. 2.) We continued to get other BSODs with all our accounts (all as admins) usually just a minute or two after waking the computer from hibernation/sleep. A quick search suggested the problem lay with the video drivers. I rolled back the drivers, then reinstalled them. Have not seen any more BSODs since. Now that those issues have been fixed, Im fully satisfied with this purchase--except for Windows 10, but Microsoft is to blame for that.

I just recently purchased this pc for Skytech. First immpressions of the pc are that it is a nice looking build, good cable management and installation of all components. I’ve build a few PCs before and this was my first time buying a pre built. I did find that one of the wires leading to one of the case usb slots was severed. It appears that it got pinched when the case was assembled. It was an easy repair though. Pros: price is reasonable for the parts Software and os already installed No bloatware that I have discovered Plenty of room for upgrades (the case has room for a 240mm radiator if you want to upgrade to liquid cooling) WiFi, video, Ai suite III and other drivers pre-installed Almost silent when idle, still quiet under load Case have very good thermals (motherboard stays at 30-40C constant. W/ stock cooler: cpu 32C idle, 60C overclocked to 3.45 MHz under load) Cons: Damaged USB port (I assume it was a fluke) No installation/recovery disk for OS (although for windows 10 it isn’t as important) The cooler master CPU cooler mine came with was pretty weak and was silicones to the AM4 motherboard brackets. (I’m sure this reduces noise and vibration, but it makes changing the cooler more difficult than it needs to be)

I bought this computer for home because the computers I have purchased in the past have been named brand, and they always failed, in all sorts of ways, I really researched this computer and for the amount of money you spend it is the fastest computer you will find out there. After having it for a month I am still in love with this computer, after looking into the computer it has 8 fans, think about that alone, it can run all day without any issues. Dont think about this purchase it is a great investment. Looking back I dont regret buying this at all, I use it for gaming and other production products.

A solid, well built machine. Cable management is great and very clean. Extra big fans make this rig run fast but quiet. Appreciate that they are quality fans that aren’t loud. My favorite part is that this is stock Windows with necessary drivers only, no extra bloatware to slow it down.
