Sleek, silent, and quite a bit of power for what it costs.. runs my oculus rift smoothly, have never experienced a noticeable drop in image quality or frame rate. Only crash was semi-intentional, pushing the pc and oculus to their limits to see just how much they could handle, which is quite a bit. You could definitely build your own rig that was slightly better for a little under the cost of this, but for a pre built, this met and exceeded my expectations.

My review is in two parts, the first part for the computer and the second part for tech support. First, the computer. It came double boxed in two sturdy cardboard boxes that were both sealed with security tape. The computer is housed in a sturdy black metal Thermaltake case, and all the fans have red LEDs. Its not a fancy gaming case but they dont enhance the performance of the computer anyway. The components in the computer are name brand. The motherboard and WiFi card are ASRock, the video card is by Zotac, the hard drive is a Seagate, the RAM is Team Go, and the power supply is by Thermaltake. If you are familiar with computer components you will be recognize these names. Performance is very nice and Im very pleased with the computer. Now for the second part of my review, tech support. The computer arrived with the WiFi card not working. I called tech support on a Friday and was assured that a replacement card would be shipped that day, or Monday at the latest. After several days of not hearing anything from Sky Tech, I contacted them. After trading emails, my replacement card was finally shipped on a Friday, one week after my initial call to them. The card was supposed to be delivered the following Monday, but didnt show up. This was no fault of Sky Tech but with the USPS, they lost the package, TWICE! When I finally received the card, I installed it, booted my computer, and got the same error message in Device Manager, that the card wasnt working. Still no connection to my WiFi router. I decided to reinstall the installation software that came with the card. Unfortunately the computer doesnt have an optical drive so I couldnt use the included installation CD. I had to go to the manufacturers website on another computer, download the installation software, copy it to a USB drive, and then copy it to the new computer. I installed the software, rebooted the computer, and the card now worked. I contacted tech support about having to reinstall the software and was told that the cards Sky Tech uses dont require software installation. Well, this one did. I suspect this was the problem with the original card and it wasnt defective after all. To sum up, I would recommend the computer as I feel it is a good value for the money, especially considering the name brand components that were used. My caveat is that if you do buy the computer, I hope you dont have to deal with tech support.

This is the first gaming PC weve ever bought, following more than a decade of using laptops (including a MacBook Pro). Mind you, Im a casual gamer, and Im not that knowledgeable about computer parts and their workings, but I feel like for the price, its a very good deal. To provide an idea of how this computer has been working for us, The Sims 3 (with all expansions installed, some custom content, and a mod or two) can run slowly on this computer at times (mostly on the Create a Sim mode. It works normally in other modes), but its still very much playable (and sometimes mods and custom content can do things to gaming functionality anyway). When in Window mode in the Sims 3, I can also watch Youtube with no issues. My husband has played Evil Within 2 on it, and he says it runs very well. Other games that Ive played, including WoW, Minecraft and some other games on Steam have run just fine. Pretty well, and pretty smoothly, actually. Id like to use this computer to record gameplay for Youtube one day. I dont know that I could do that on this computer with a content heavy game like Sims 3, but Ive got the idea that I could probably do that with smaller games. That much is just a guess, though, as I havent actually tried this sort of thing yet. Ive heard from other sources that the gaming mouse and the keyboard that come with this are cheap quality, but honestly, my husband and I are happy with them. The mouse is probably the nicest weve ever had, and were enjoying having products that light up in nice colors. I dont know how they compare to higher priced gaming keyboards and computer mouses, but for those walking in on the scene like us, they should be perfectly fine. We havent had any issues with them, and the mouse has a nice ergonomic design that makes it comfortable to use. All in all, wonderful product for the price, especially for casual gamers or gamers who are just starting out. Were very happy with this purchase!

I purchased the Skytech Blaze computer to replace my old primary computer. My old computer was starting to become sluggish and had trouble running some video games. As Windows 10 gets routinely updated, it puts an increasingly heavier load on the CPU due to new additions and enhancements. I opted for the Blaze even though the Blaze II model was available because of its reduced price and double the RAM. For far less money I took a small 5% performance hit between the Blazes Ryzen 5 2600 versus the Blaze IIs Ryzen 5 2500 CPU. The Blaze came with a gaming mouse and a colorful back lit keyboard. Set up was fast and easy. I had absolutely no problems as I installed my favorite software. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are pre-installed and ready to go. Although this model is not a top-of-the-line gaming computer, I had noticed that my old games that were becoming sluggish are now fast with the greatest detail settings on the highest setting. The sound is loud and vibrant and for the first time I am not running my system sound at 100%. I havent used Skytechs technical support so I just put three stars in that category. It may be worth more than that. The only thing I dont like about this computer is the large square power button located at the very top of the case on the right hand side. The power button is not recessed and its large size makes it easy to accidentally cut off the computer. My son did it to me twice and I did it once while bending over the case to inspect the back ports. The back panel has six more USB jacks (5-USB 2.0 & 1-USB 3.0). My old computer came with an insufficient number of USB ports so I ended up purchasing a front panel dashboard and an internal USB card with four extra ports on the back panel. Overall I think this is a great entry level gaming computer and the positive aspects far outweigh the negatives. After comparing Skytechs price and specifications to its well known competition, I found I could get more computer for less money. I cant yet attest to Skytechs reliability and durability because I have owned this computer for too short a time but right now Im loving my new computer!

I’ve always built my PC’s, but my latest one died after 6 years. I honestly hate pre-built PC’s due to being overpriced for crappy, low-quality parts, but I needed an “emergency” PC and didn’t want to wait to receive the parts, so after reading reviews on Amazon and double-checking the PC specs, I took a chance and purchased this PC from SkyTech on Amazon. Pros: – Low-cost gaming PC that runs 99% of games today on high settings – Good cable management – Reasonable components for the price – Good looking chassis (case) with tempered glass on side – No bloatware on installed Windows 10 Cons: – Minimum power supply, wish it was at least 600 instead of 500 for future component upgrades – Wish there were more USB ports, only came with 4 – Wish there were more VGA ports, only came with 1 (connected to GPU) Otherwise, this PC was definitely a pleasant surprise. If you want a beastly gaming PC that won’t break your bank, I highly recommend the Mark series from SkyTech.

So Ive had this PC for a month now and Ive really liked it and the price is solid for everything you get. I really like the customization for the fan lights and it runs games great at high settings. What I will say is the mouse is really cheap and its pretty bad of a mouse. The keyboard looks nice with the light but its a cheap keyboard that is not that good for typing. Thats my thoughts on the pc!

I had to give 3 stars for TechSupport because no one could take my call even though their hours are still open. For $650, I am very happy with this purchase. Came with its own keyboard and mouse which I did not expect. The GPU I got is MSI variant with only 1 fan but the case keeps the inside cool. Motherboard is ASRock B450M Pro4 and RAM is Teamgroup Vulcan. This can play Fornite very smooth on Max settings, for future/more intensive game, should be fine if you play with the settings but I would think about upgrading the CPU. The CPU is a bit older because Ryzen 2nd Gen already came out. BUT, if you can be patient and save up more money, go for the more powerful one. If you are buying this for your younger kids/niece,nephew, then this is a good gift the wont break the bank.

I received this computer a few days ago and gave it a good once over. Been running it nonstop since the day I received it and have had no issues with operation or function. The only problem I had was the power cable that came with it was for a new zealand outlet. This product is being sold in the US. Fortunately, I have extra power cables around from previous computers that work just fine. If I didnt, Id have to go out and buy one or wait for the company to send me a replacement. Other than that, great product.

When I received this computer, there was a dent on the front where the fans are and the front ports (usb, audio) don’t seem to function well. Other than that, it gets the job done.
