I purchased two of these for a business installation (M900 / Core i56500 / 16GB / 500GB SSD). The machines are fine and are easily reloaded with Windows 10 Pro. The price was quite good as well. My concern and the reason for the mediocre rating is that you dont get the warranty stated and also that the description is somewhat misleading. The machines I received are 7 months old and thus receive only 2 yr, 5 mo. warranty support from Lenovo. Additionally, the SSD is an aftermarket add-in and will not be covered by the lenovo warranty. The RAM also does not appear to be original. The description clearly states that these machines come with a 3 year lenovo warranty, however that is not the case. If something actually fails you may not get the support you expect. I realize that the seller offers their own support, but I doubt theyll be sending a technician out to change a part like lenovo would. The description of the computer doesnt clearly explain what is oem and what is aftermarket. Lenovo makes a great desktop, I would just prefer to have a clear path for on-site support for the 3 years for the computer as well as the components within. I get it that the seller is basically buying bare bones lenovo desktops and installing extra components more cheaply than if you bought them from Lenovo. If some components arent covered by Lenovo, Id just like to know specifically what is and isnt as well as how it will be supported (if at all). The SSD is from Crucial, but I have no info on it in order to make a warranty claim if needed.

My complaint is not that a new 16 month old computer was sold to me, nor am I upset that the computer turned into a Lemon after less than 3 months, nor do I have any problem with Amazon who was willing to stand behind the computer. However, dealing with OEM Genuine (OEM) was not a good experience. When I had issues with the machine during the first week..who would have guessed that a new machine could have two copies of Outlook on it, OEM quickly referred me to Lenovo who does not support software issues. Then almost as quickly OEM referred me to Microsoft, who wanted $450 before they would talk to me. At the 2 month mark the computer died and Lenovo after 5 unsuccessful on site visits offered me a new computer. I was asked to confirm what I had paid extra for an upgrade of the memory from 8k to 12K. In the time it took for OEM to send me 3 emails WITHOUT ANSWERING THE SIMPLE QUESTION, Lenovo shipped me a new computer and had a tech at my office withing an hour of it arriving to assist in the switch over.

Really like this PC. Seems to be very well made. Probably best PC I have ever bought. Very fast. I usually have to buy add ons right away (memory) to my new PCs but not this one. Very pleased! The FREE upgrade to WIN 10 went smoothly.

This product is an amazing machine for the price and space it takes up. One of the sticks of Memory came out during shipping but everything worked nicely. No harm no foul.

This was advertised as Windows 10P, DG 7P. However, it came with Windows 7 installed, and we are facing additional tech support charges to get it to where it needs to be.
