Bought this more than 6 months ago. My sling tv was acting up so I had to call them and upgrade to window 10 pro from window 7 which it came with. It takes about 2 to 3 hours to finish. 1. Oemgenuine provides Lenovos phone number to call 2. Open up a case with Lenovo, they will transfer you to Microsoft 3. Microsoft will remote control your PC and they will do all works for you. I would say job was easy but takes time so prepare.
