We replaced our 8 year old Dell desktop Windows 7 with this new Lenovo desktop Windows 10 yesterday. Set up and installation was very easy. LOVE the size of the monitor. We recommend this computer and after doing lots of research on other websites, Amazons price was the best.
I received this, took it out of the box, set up email and the computer turned off after 15 minutes and would not turn back on. With the help of Amazon tech support, i am returning this item.
First of all, it is an unattractive pc. When it states it is an all-in-one I would have expected a dvd/cd player and there is none. The mouse is like a cheap toy and wont even close properly. The instructions are horrible, just basically some designs and small print. I didnt even bother turning it on just put it back in the box to return. Im going back to HP asap!
Great product easy set up and easy simple operation. Love the wireless internet connection and secure pop up camera. Very happy with this purchase!!
This product came out of the box and into my use quickly. Tech items cause me stress as I HATE change!! This time change was my friend. I still have a lot to learn about this computer and all the new features it has but so far so good. I do have poor vision (almost none in one eye).....so the brightness of the screen and the sheer size of it was very helpful.
Haven’t had a desktop computer in years....Not as fast as I would want it to be. Perfect for my school/office needs. It gets the job done. Sound and screen quality is excellent!
Bought this twice, from different sellers, same problem. Power, USB and internet connections worked, then USB stopped after 2 days. Devices that work on another computer would not with these. Called Amazon and Lenovo, have to send to Lenovo for repair or just return to Amazon.
The extra space of an all-in-one computer and the quality and size of the screen is perfect!
Love this computer. It was by far the easiest tos et up I have ever owned.
Received my all-in-one Lenovo. Setup was very easy. All the software worked as it should. Picture is beautiful. Very pleased with my purchase. Charlie Hahn
