Hello Im using this computer to play video games and have a great experience the packaging was very nice everything was intact and in one piece its running very smooth so far I like everything about it it was kind of confusing but all in all everything was there and easy to use and setup.

This is a terrible horrible computer. Tech support hung up on us when we reached out for help. Can not return. Computer won’t work. Waste of a lot of money!! Buyer beware!!! Do not purchase this!!!!!

Delivered in 2 days. Box delivered in tact but no packing material; strange. Setup per directions, power light, would not boot up. Purchased for kids bday. Only present, sad day for kiddo. Spouse teaches technology at a college, not a user issue. Will change rating if problem is corrected. Still waiting on call back from company.

Just finished getting it set up and running. For everything it comes with I’m told I got a great deal. I don’t know much about computers but it was highly recommended to me from a friend(who knows it’s not for gaming). NOTE: I am not using this for gaming. Yes I play a few games on my computer but am in no way a gamer. Packaging was great, and fast delivery. It looks really nice especially with the matching keyboard and mouse. All in all, everything works great and at a very good price.

The computer itself is fine but its the way it was received that is not. The hard drive has broken off of its one screw holding it in and was flopping around inside the case...the glass enclosed case. Luckily the only thing broken was the one screw that was supposed to hold the hard drive to the frame. It works, but more attention to detail might need to be made by the person putting it together.

My son who is 12 yr old love it. The color and the free keyboard specially the mouse there is one happy kid here who loves gaming.

Motherboard is out of date still using ddr3 ram would not recommend this PC to anyone looking for a gaming PC graphics card is one of the worst and very outdated max fps in any game is 30 and will drop to 19 I bought this PC not knowing anything and the first week have already upgraded ram,power supply and graphics card the only useful thing about this is the case at this point on the other hand would work well for a good worl PC.

I play WoW and this machine runs it like a champ. No game requires more power than WoW. Need I say more? Buy this computer for real: you’ll need an external CD drive. But just searc for optical external cd drive and get one comparable with Windows 10. They’re only like $15

The first one didnt have windows installed properly, but they send me a replacement and this one has windows. So far I like it.
