This is a pretty fast PC but the WiFi is a tiny usb dongle thats in the bag of papers and disks which you need to buy a separate DVD drive for which isnt a big deal but why send every thing on disk for a PC that doesnt have a disk drive? And the only internal lights that came on in mine was a dim ring around the main fan light which was pretty dissapointed for appearance compared to the pictures and such online. Tech support is a joke I called the first number to see about the lights and it wouldnt even connect and called the second number sat on hold for half an hour before finally giving up and leaving my name and number to call me back and never got a phone call so far. Key board is so cheap a key fell off inside the box I had to hunt it down and put it back on the keyboard.

This has been the most horrible experience with a computer we aver had. Maybe vecause we never had a gaming PC but the hard drive has crashed 2 times, also please if you are buying this for gaming make sure the game you are buying works with the video card installed on the PC, we bought the game and the video card does not work with it because there is a number of pixels or IDK what that the games comes out black and white. I am not fond of buying these kind of products online , but the first exper83nce is awful. Now we need to keep calling customer service , working only mon-fri, until 5 pm. No solution is provided if something like this happens on the weekend.

Day 2 eval: My son is ecstatic! This is a great little starter gaming rig for him. We have a better graphics card in the wings (GTX 1050Ti), but hes having too much fun playing with the one installed that we havent shutdown to install it yet. Im just hoping theres a spare power connector for it... Pros: - Initial setup was flawless and quick - Comes with Win10 Pro, not Home - Powerful enough at least for Steam games - Cool tempered glass chassis panels - Runs quiet with its 120mm fan Cons: - Stripped down chassis has no frames or slots for adding DVD-drive - Chassis could be smaller for the number of components in it - Power/reset buttons on top of case where theyre prone to accidental press I understand the economics of using a single chassis frame and only populating the portions needed, but Id say half of the volume is wasted space with no ability to reclaim or expand into. Its just a big case for what it contains. This seems to be a great little system. Ive read other reviews that complained about problems from the start, but that has not been my experience so far, and Im hoping my luck continues past day 2.

Watch the price before ordering! The Prime Day price was actually higher than the regular discounted price. That said this is a great starter gaming pc or home business pc. It was significantly less than even a home built unit using the same components. There is also room for customization, if your gamer is looking for better sound or graphics.

The graphics card will defiantly be replaced soon. Surprisingly it doesn’t run for its very good other than on lower resolutions and all Normal settings, it runs world of Warcraft fone which is very surprising to me becuase it doesn’t run fortnite the best. Other than that it’s a nice computer and runs clean and fast besides the graphics card

We bought 2 of these for our sons to replace their old cpus. Were a gaming family, and using a non-gaming pc was killing us! The boys just got them yesterday for Christmas (we do Christmas early at our house), and from the moment of unpacking the computers to plugging them in, everything has been easy! I love the fact that this computer has SO MANY usb ports! I think theres a total of 10! Were still currently downloading games on the computers, so we havent been able to do more than basic stuff. I will post another review (after all, we bought 2!) after we get everything downloaded and can actually get some play time. Games that well be running are For Honor, Destiny 2, Black Ops 4, World of Warcraft, other Steam and Blizzard games... So far there are only 2 things that are not my favorite- 1) this game has no cd drive- but it comes with a bunch of backup and repair cds. 2) this computer is wifi capable, if you plug in the little wifi adapter. My boys didnt originally see the little wifi usb (its pretty small) and thought they werent wifi capable. So I went to the store, bought 2 wifi adapters, came home, and found the included wifi adapters. I wish the computers had internal wifi adapters rather than a 1.5 inch usb plugin.

This is my first PC. Unboxing it was incredibly easy, which was a good first impression. The instructions to get it started were even easier. I use this for work and online gaming. It is a windows coumputer, so it comes with Microsoft Word and other apps that makes it easier to use. The Graphics card will probably need to be upgraded (I am upgrading to GTX 1060 3GB). The PC also stores 8 USB Ports, which makes it even better for gaming, & it comes with a nice Gaming mouse and Keyboard. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
