Install Flash Player Update: 2/8/2018 Upgraded CPU cooler, added 16 gigs of ram and three more fans. All in all, this computer was good when purchased and even better after the upgrades. The front of the case can handle a total of three fans. It looks awesome with three led fans installed. Still looking to upgrade the power supply. How ever, the existing power supply is working fine with the additional upgrades. PROS: Photos do not do this case justice. Tempered glass on both sides give it an amazing look. . Wire management is on point. Lots of space to add additional items. The power supply is only 480w, it will be the first thing that gets upgraded. Depending on the gaming you will do, the ram and 3g dedicated memory on the card will be fine. Pubg , ARCH and team fortress 2 Run flawlessly on high settings. The keyboard that comes with the setup is quite loud and clunky. I added a different keyboard. The mouse you get is a keeper. All in all, would purchase again. Can’t beat the price. CPU cooling system kept it at 40c-45c at idle. I upgraded the cooling system today. Its now sits at 30c idle. 40-45c is not bad but if you are going to do gaming for an extended period of time, its def worth the upgrade. CONS: The ram that comes with the rig is impossible to find anywhere else. If you want to upgrade the ram you will end up just buying all new ones. I am def against have two different types of ram. I purchased the model with 500gb ssd, 1660ti, i5 9400f, the computer runs very quiet, the sound of the keyboard is way loader than the pc itself. set-up was easy, turned on and after a few minutes the pc was ready to download all my go to games. Rgb control is done by a program thats already on the desktop, it was very well packed, shipped in a very large box from amazon, and then the box pictures was inside of it. they made sure to used foam inside case so parts would arrive undamaged, I really am happy with my purchase. The people at Ibuypower know how to build a good looking machine, and deliver at a good price now Im off to gaming

The GTX in this computer is tiny, so be ready for your RAM to take the brunt of the workload. The power supply is too small to put a newer graphics card in, so thatll need to be bought too if you want to upgrade it. Other than those two rather large issues, its a wonderful computer, runs 85% of my games in 4k with no FPS drops. Only reason im not giving it a 5 rating is because i think the underpowered power supply was a bit sneaky considering how much i paid for this.

Very pleased! Had ibuypower PC for more than 10 years, needed another, so went for a Dell. Big mistake! The dell, with similar features, is very sluggish, freezes up constantly, and lags even if I try to open a window while downloading a torrent as I watch youtube. This PC was a pleasure to connect. Took less than 10 minutes from when I took it out of the box till it prompted me to choose region and language. Been downloading programs, syncing, and installing, while browsing the web, and it is performing like it should. This model does not come with a remote for the color LEDs, however you can fully control the lights via a downloadable interface, which is better because it is always within reach on your pc and there is no need to reach for a remote, and no physical parts to loose. the lights control can be found by searching the web for: Asrock RGB sync, just scroll down the page to the Download icon.

I bought this computer looking to replace my old broken down one. It arrived in a timely manner and after booting it up I knew it was great. It is completely quiet and isnt loud at all. I run my video editing software and games seamlessly and for the price this desktop is a steal!

I just got this but so far everything works wonderful. I bought this mainly to plays Sims and WoW and it works great. There’s plenty of storage which was a huge concern on my laptop. The fan is quiet so far. It also seems like it can be upgraded easily if I ever wanted to. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice, affordable PC

The PC comes with a nice keyboard and a wireless mouse. Setting it up was pretty easy; I use it to play Overwatch and other similar games and this PC has exceeded my expectations. All of my games run great and I have more freedom with background apps and graphics settings. Im not tech savvy so I dont know the specifics in terms of computer parts, but I think that for the price this computer is great and anyone will enjoy playing games on it!

The technical support staff was helpful and responsive, but I have nothing good to say about the product itself. The machine itself was DOA, only booted up once, then would bleep and die in subsequent attempts. Since I already started using it for a bit, I had to pull out the hard drive and wipe my existing data. Guess what: the hard drive was already near the end of its lifespan. Seriously—this supposedly new computer came with a hard drive that has 1 day of estimated lifetime left... Last but not least, I did a bit of research afterward and found out that the power supply unit is also a generic low quality brand (Solytech 8500BTX, FYI). This could lead to a fire hazard. Thank god I havent gifted this out. I would avoid buying from this brand again

It’s a pretty piece of crap. Hooked it up, plugged it in, turned it on and the pretty red lights came on and the fans buzzed but that was it. No power to the keyboard or mouse and I tried every USB port on the thing. No signal to the monitor, as I tried several cables. So now I have to pack it back up and take it to the UPS store and return as there is no exchange option and the price has increased by about $150 in a week.

My husband has wanted to join him in online gaming for years and we researched and compared this model to many others (not just iBuyPower models). We found this to be the best bang for our buck. As a newbie, when the computer first came, it said to check for accidental disconnect of any chords during shipping. I had an "extra" cord that wasnt connected to anything. After some internet research and more in depth reading of the rather skimpy instructions that they sent with it, we determined this was for future customization and nothing important to the initial set up of my computer. After that, connecting the computer to our monitors and internet was easy! We did need to buy a new DVI-D chord to go from my VGA connector on my Dell desktop monitor, but that was my problem because of my monitor choice (instead of the DVI-I connector I had before). Recommended for any new gamers who dont want to go all out, but want a good overall gaming computer!
