The package was a day late but thats not really the problem now. I inspected both the computer and the box. Some key items were missing. There wasnt a wifi card or wifi USB dongle installed. The computer is supposed to have RGB lights and a remote to control them but those were missing as well. Cant really do much with the computer until I get a wifi card. Ill update my review once I can ACTUALLY start using it. EDIT: Other than the mentioned issues, this computer is a beast. p.s What should I do about the missing items? Contact Amazon or the manufacturer? Update: I dont even see the RGB lights. What the hell? Update 2: I decided to contact Amazon to see what could be done. They offered me a 25% discount or sending me a proper replacement unit. I opted for the discount because repacking a large gaming computer would be difficult and inconvenient. I am disappointed for receiving a model with missing features but I am extremely grateful for Amazon going above and beyond to help me.

Update...Pc was still crashing even after adjust fan speeds. I came to find out that the cheapo 500w psu was the culprit. I installed a evga 600w, which I already had, and no problems since. You might as well add a psu into your cost if you dont already have a good one. The PSU was some generic brand. I wouldnt risk it frying everything else. I usually dont review products, but if your spending a decent amount on something I felt the need. I received the Ryzen 7 1800X w/ RX580. Everything come well packaged and set up went very smoothly. My only complaints were 1) Had to plug power to the hdd. Maybe thats normal, but I didnt see anything saying I needed to do that. 2) The power wire going to the gpu seem to bend the card down. Surely that cant be good for it so I had to relieve some of the pressure with zip ties. 3) Probably my biggest complaint was that after downloading overwatch, the pc would hard crash. I downloaded msi afterburner and increased the fan speeds. That seemed to resolve the problem, but didnt seem right that I would have to do that on a "gaming pc". Anyway, thats my 2 cents. Well see how it holds up in the future.

Fantastic value on this computer. With a 580 4 GB it is more then enough to run games at 1080P with out breaking a sweat. The 1800X really makes a difference from my old i7-4770K when it comes to video editing. At this price point you wont find a better computer for both gaming and workstation tasks. Pros: 16Gb of DDR4 memory 580 4Gb video card NO BLOATWARE - Saved me from needing to reinstall windows to clean it, VERY much appreciated Beast of a CPU Tempered Glass on both sides of case Good Cable Management Cons: No spot for an optical drive (not really needed in this day and age)

I purchased the 1800x/RX580 version of this computer for $799 on 9/17/2018. At this time, the computer has an excellent value- all the parts added up to build one yourself costs about $200 more. First impressions: The computer came very secure in its box however, checking the wiring for loose connections, I was unimpressed with the cable management. Everything was out of view of the viewing side of the case, but cables seemed like they were just stuck wherever possible. (A few were stuck through the SSD slots in the back lol) Upon first boot I was impressed at the noise levels. I was able to set up my device and I started to update windows. Going through the process of updating, I had to restart to continue and the device would not boot a second time. I am currently contacting Amazon support in hopes of getting a working computer. Edit: Ok, round two. Pretty much same process as the first. I update windows and hooray it works! This time I noticed I didnt receive some of the accessories I got the first time around- speaker, fan filter, screws for the case. Talked to support again and they said they would arrange for me to get them. Ran some benchmarks after updating so here they are. UserBenchmarks: Game 71%, Desk 77%, Work 86% CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1800X - 93.7% GPU: AMD RX 580 - 71.3% SSD: WD Green 120GB (2018) - 37.1% HDD: WD Blue 1TB (2012) - 110.6% RAM: Adata DDR4 2666 2OZ 2x8GB - 94.2% MBD: MSI A320M PRO-VD PLUS (MS-7B38) Pretty satisfied with what I got so far- the games that I play get around 150 fps at high graphics. If not for the cable management and DOA computer, I would give this 5 stars.

computer for her school and my 7-year-old gaming laptop was not cutting it anymore, so we needed to upgrade. I was gone on business for three months and I wouldn’t be around to set up the computer and therefore purchased this prebuilt PC. My wife had no trouble setting it up out of the box and getting it running without my help! It came with everything in the description. This system has enough gaming power to run my current favorite games such as Diablo, WoW, BattleTech, MechWarrior Online, and more on full high detail. This system has enough room for expansion to keep it running well and relevant for future gaming. I can do video recording/screen capture from the get-go if I decide to steam my game play. I do suggest making sure all drivers are up to date from the manufacture and not just from the ibuypower website such as the network adapter drivers and such. Same goes for any device you attach to the PC. My wireless network card had the generic driver and my in-home Wi-Fi speed was like 40 Megabytes a second. After installing the drivers, it went to 110 Mbs. This is not the most powerful gaming computer by no means, BUT it is very reasonable for the price and the bang for your buck if you want something that will last awhile before upgrading, initial cost, and ease of setup and use. FYI, this computer does NOT come with internal LEDs besides the tiny ones on the motherboard and the front fan. I saw some pictures with it and the model from the ibuypower website I believe does come with it. Lastly there was a noise coming from the front fan only to discover it was a discard-able plastic protective cover that needed to be removed from inside the computer and now its extremely quiet.

I recently bought iBUYPOWER Elite Gaming PC Desktop AMD Ryzen 7 1800X and finally had a chance to set-up the machine over the weekend and I really like it. I normally build my own computers and have been doing so for the last 25+ years, with over 20 builds (server and gaming PCs) for friends and family members, I decided to give a try with pre-built unit, because of the price. First, the noise level is barely noticeable, just a minor fan blowing air in/out, even though the computer is placed next to the monitor (approx. 12 inches from the user). Also, I did not run into any issue with set-up or booting. I had it stress tested using a heavy graphic and processing demo game for overnight and it survived. Finally, the components making up the computer did not disappoint me. I assumed certain parts were going to be lower quality ones, but all of the major components are quality parts matching the system spec. The following are parts I received: MSI B350M PRO-VDH (Motherboard) MSI Gaming Radeon RX 580 Armor ADATA XPG Z1 16GB (AX4U300038G16) Western Digital 120GB Green (SSD) WD Blue 1TB HDD (WD10EZEX) *I did not check the power supply*

I bought this iBuypower with the Ryzen 2700x and 6gb Rtx 2060 about 10 days ago. As a first time gaming pc buyer I have been nothing but impressed by this machine. Upon arrival the machine had no 2tb hdd available, But the ibuypower tech support easily walked me through how to locate and fix the issue. The case having thumb screws for the glass and metal sidings is very convenient for any issues or future changes. If I had one thing to mention that worries me, it would be about how the pc runs hot and high. Ryzen master, the pc spec program provided by the cpu website, says this machine is running at 1.35 volts and 4.0 ghz on idle regularly. 40-50 degrees Celsius cpu temp and 60+ when playing games like fortnite at 165 FPS 144ghz at 1080p. Fans do an okay job, but are definitely noisy if you’re not the one wearing the one wearing the headset. From what I’ve read, the included mobo in my machine is a bit short of the capabilities of the cpu paired with it, but as I said I’m no expert. One of the cpu % monitors is almost always at 100% even after following suggestions online. Though I haven’t had any major issues or comcerns yet. I never planned on overclocking, but the 2700x kinda overclocks by default. Which means it runs at peak performance pretty safely, but can be dangerous for hardware and void standard warranties. It’s very interesting and helped me learn more about how everything works, but kinda scary with such a large investment on a first pc. Use caution if deciding between a model with intel vs ryzen if you’re new like me and overly cautious. Really though, other than the high numbers, 165 frames frames on fortnite is just out of being scared. On unlimited I’ve gotten pretty steady numbers around 300 and my internet is like 20gbs. Scored nearly a 3700 on cinebench20 more than once on 70% max cpu usage. Highly recommend, even with my concerns. :-)

I just received the computer and its excellent! The hardest part was removing all the packaging and film from the glass on the case. When I fired it up the fan was really loud, then I realized I didnt remove a piece of plastic from inside that is stuck to the front. Now, its super quiet. Also, to my surprise, it comes with 16GB of 2666 RAM, not the advertised 2400. What a bonus! The motherboard is A320M PRO-VD PLUS, with only two memory slots that can handle up to 32GB RAM. If I must complain about something, the case doesnt really light up like the pictures indicate. It has a fan in the front with the blue ring around it and thats it. It does illuminate the case inside a bit, but not much. Overall, a great purchase so far and I couldnt be happier with the value. I will update the review as I use the computer more. UPDATE:. I was able to play Fortnite at epic settings and stream through SLOBS with no issues! CPU didnt go above 30%.

This is my second iBuyPower Gaming PC in 12 years. Why only two in 12 years? Because they provide such bang for the buck, that I didnt need a second one until now. The other one is still in service, even. Although I just received it, I have finished setting it up and putting it through its paces, and I can confidently say that this one will be in service 12 years from now. There is no way I could have built a PC this good myself for this much money, even if Id salvaged parts from the last one (which is what led me to buy the first one, actually). Im flabbergasted by how fast it is, how quiet it is, and how sturdy it is. If I had to have one complaint? Its awfully large physically. Thats it. Or that I cannot afford a second one right now. Hopefully soon!

So the price of this system just went up again and Im glad I bought it when it was only $799. For this price, I got a processor that is on par with an i7, a very capable GPU, 16gb of RAM, and more importantly an SSD and HDD. Yes the SSD is only 128gb but many other comparable systems doesnt even ship with an SSD. There are also slots for SSDs, and I will probably add one in the near future. Everything inside the computer is laid out neatly and cleanly, which makes upgrading very simple. Ive read many horror stories about iBuyPower and Cyberpower computers not working or using crappy parts, but my unit works just fine. This computer is incredibly fast and gaming on it is very smooth, particularly when paired with a FreeSync monitor. Sure the RX580 cant compare to higher end NVIDIA cards but its enough for most games (certainly for me). Its also easy to upgrade to a better card in the future when GPU prices go down. I also use Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop and I have not experienced any problems with it. So why am I giving this only four stars instead of five? One reason is that I believe one of the HDMI ports on my unit is defective. Often times when I turn the computer on, the monitor doesnt recognize the connection and remains black, and it would take several restarts for it to work. But Ive been using another HDMI port and so far so good. The second reason is that the fans do get REALLY loud if youre running a demanding game or application. Overall, Im extremely satisfied with what I have, especially considering what I paid. Even at $899, I believe this computer is still a good deal.
