I have had this computer for 3 days now and have spent over 500.00 getting it fixed. Stay away from it. I cannot believe how bad this product is. HP and Amazon says that it is new. I do not think so. It has to be a Grade B Computer fixed up to look like new. I have had it fixed twice bt tech out of the box. It is just Junk.

I bought this to replace a ten year old Hp desktop and the old one was faster than this one. It is as slow as a snail. Stops for 1/2 to a whole minute to just load FB page or email. Not happy but Im stuck with it now!

Computer works great. However, the enclosed keyboard was not great. Plus, the external inputs are very awkward to us. Otherwise, it was worth the money.

Great picture, computer very lite and looking good, the last star is for the inaccessibility of the USB and car reader on the bottom of the screen poor poor design., arrive on time very nice machine for the price.

This is a great deal, big improvement over my 5 year old HP. Had some problems with office 365, still quirky, and took a little getting used to... not wild about the keyboard, requires too much pressure, Iwill replace... all in all...great buy, well above quality for what I paid,I would buy refurbished again.

I bought this to run our online POS system and Tee Sheet at a small golf course. We wanted a compact unit that was fast and had a touch screen. We have had it in operation for 2 months and it is awesome - customers have even commented that it looks nice. While we got it in part for the touchscreen capability, i have actually found that I rarely use the touchscreen - I almost always use the mouse. Touchscreen works fine, but I am finding I find it more useful with a tablet or a mobile than on a desktop computer.

I received the computer quickly, but unfortunately when I turned it on it came up with an error message. Apparently the fan didn’t come on and it was detrimental too operate the computer. Amazon has a great return policy so I was able to return the computer. They didn’t offer the same unit anymore so I bought a better unit which was more expensive. I’ve always been happy with HP products and chances are this was an usual situation and I’m sure I’ll be happy with the new unit.
