This is a great buy, its fast and quiet, my unit had some sticker residue on it and my display port to HDMI adapter was a little faulty, the seller replaced it without question and the residue cleaned off with a little alcohol

I received the PC after a couple days of ordering it. Very quickly. When I opened the box I was amazed how well it was packaged. Could have dropped it off a two-story building that would not have hurt it. The outside of the PC is in very good shape. Open the cover inside was clean. Powered on the PC. Windows 10 Pro was per installed waiting for me to do final setup and login. With windows installed on a SSD drive the system is very fast when logging in and out. When I got the PC it should have included a Wi-Fi adapter and an HDMI adapter which were not included. Within a couple of hours after contacting the seller I was notified that they would be sent out. Received both the next day. I feel if you have a problem with your order the seller will take care of you. That means a lot to me. All in all, very happy with the order and the PC.

Just got it this today. Popped the lid to look inside, everything is tight and in place. No evidence of damage or whatever. Fired it up and started my customizations. So far everything is working fine. The refurbisher did try to paint over some cosmetic scratches and thats fine but what I am interested in is the condition of the system and so far its fine. Its a couple of notches above my current system so looking for performance improvement with heavy lifting tasks. Will come back later to update but so far this seems to be good value over a new system. Update - 4/26/2019 - Have been using now for a few weeks and it seems to be running as expected. My HP desktop that was failing was able to repair (CPU fan blade had splintered and it cleared) so I have two really good systems. Since I am not a gamer, the limitation on the video adaptor doesnt concern me. Since my old system is working again, I can phase in the installation of apps as time permits. I have read the stories of some folks getting DOA units but mine was solid out of the box. I am good.

I bought this particular PC in part because it had a large SSD, and WIFI capability. It was the WIFI that put it over the other PCs advertised as similar on Amazon. Even though it came with virtually no instructions on what to do, I was able to eventually get the thing running and the important apps installed and working, such as email, etc. But, now i have to find and acquire a WIFI access card or something. Its a disappointment. Id be tempted to return it, but, dang it, I live 3,000 miles away from the US land mass in Belize. Returning items is no easy task. Other than that, what can I say? Its a PC, it runs Windows 10 Pro. All the updates installed successfully, and it will work for me for a reasonable amount of money paid out for it. It just rankles me that a simple task, such as making sure the WIFI card (or whatever was supposed to have been included) actually got stuck in the box, couldnt be done right.

I put 5 stars for tech support; not because I used it; but because I didnt have to; SELLER = StallionTek Certified Ive bought a lot of used equipment in my lifetime and pretty much been way satisfied overall; this time I am impressed and very happy with the results! And so is my Wife, as this was a replacement for a speedy machine that died (which I could have fixed, but this was way cheaper and faster alternative! I did not make a mistake! Impressive!

This thing is great. The internals were so clean you would have thought it was brand new. Im well-pleased with my purchase BUT... a few surprises were no SD card reader. Thats a pretty odd thing for a modern computer to be missing. The other thing is this computer is never going to win a beauty contest. She has the heart of a champion but a face youd rather forget. The boxy and plain appearance isnt a big deal if you put it beneath your desk. Tremendous bang for the buck!

I like the unit as a whole and the size is great. Speed is fast enough for my needs this far. What I do not like......No HDMI adapter in the box at all. As other reviews have stated they left that out and it was crucial for my use with an HD TV as a monitor. Stalliontek told me theyve fixed the issue but I am sure they told the last customer the same tale. So a Best buy trip and $20 additional dollars later I got her running the way I intended. Buyer beware if you need the HDMI adapter prepare for it to not be included.......

Ive had computers for 20 years now (have a small on line business). This computer really had everything I wanted except the most important thing - it needed to work. It came on for 2 seconds, off for 2, on for two, etc. etc. etc. I checked everything thoroughly and it just wouldnt even come on. It was boxed up and back at the UPS store within the hour. My refund just came through after having been a week since I returned it, so that was good. I wish I dared take a chance again, but I dont.

Its been a week and this machine has work perfectly for what I needed it for. I use this computer as a media server for Plex. This computer has improved my experience with transcoding outside my network. The only thing that was a negative was the the internal harddrive was not recognized so I had to get the hard drive recognized and everything was smooth.
