Comes as advertised, had me spooked for a minute with the i5 processor sticker but had the i7 in it. 16gb of ram was ddr3 with 1333Mhz which isnt great but not bad for the price. Came as advertised booted right up and was easy to use. No issues with the fan. The proprietary power supply and motherboard will likely be an issue later on but at the moment this is great.

Item shipped with an 8 year old hard drive (older than the manufacture date of the computer (2014 computer with 2010 hard drive). Hard drive makes grinding noise when idle. No DVD drive installed - not as described. No DP/HDMI cable included as others have indicated. Depends on the seller.

I initially received the wrong computer. While it was frustrating, hear me out. I got the wrong computer at 3pm on a Thursday. I called Stalliontek. I had the right computer by 9am the next day. I am in Alabama, they are in Maryland. Let that sink in. The computer itself is fantastic with the usb 3.0 on the front and is super fast and extremely quiet. Looks brand new. Quality product. Quality product. Mine came with the wifi dongle and the hdmi adapter.

No hdmi adapter as specified in the description. This is a preliminary rate as I just opened and unpacked the product. Will update in a few weeks. Early update. It works fine. I removed all the junk programing it comes with and installed a few usable ones after it did all its updates. So I added a second star.

We purchased 2 units for one of our clients and they love the computer. Fast, reliable and just fun to use. Internet run like a race car and never seems to want to stall. With plenty of memory installed it makes multitasking a snap.

Not as described. No HDMI as listed in the description. After two attempts the seller made it right and besides the inconvenience I am satisfied. I would give 5 stars but in reading other comments this isnt the first time the HDMI adapter issue has come up and they really should verify contents before shipping.

After reading the reviews and determining that I would either be fine, or not at all... I decided to take the 50/50 chance of receiving a decent tower. Ordered from Stalliontek along with a 1030 low profile GPU from NewEgg with hopes of using this as my 4K capable living room media PC. I first decided to plug it to a known, working monitor I pulled from my gaming PC set-up. There was NO HDMI port as advertised, nor any HDMI adapter included. Ok.. I read reviews of this happening but no worries as my monitor ALSO takes display port (which the tower had two of) and I was going to use the 1030 GPUs HDMI port when I eventually connected this to my living room TV anyway. While hooking everything up, I smelled the familiar smell of fresh spray paint. Upon further investigation, I saw fresh black spots on the case where someone spray painted it black. Ok, no biggy.... as long as the tower works Im ok with the touched up blemishes. Whelp, after plugging everything in and using the display port from the MOBO to my known working monitor, there was no signal. The PC turned on, but no boot, no bios splash screen nothing. I started, restarted... plugged, unplugged... I tried it all. Figured, well... maybe its the display ports that are bad on the MOBO (I tried both of them). Plugged in my brand spanking new 1030 GPU and used its HDMI port. No luck with that as well. Still no boot, BIOS splash screen.. nadda On top of the MAJOR problem of not booting, there was no HDMI adapter, the case was spray painted AND I was unable to find/locate the windows serial number that a few reviews said was attached to the tower. Upon inspecting the entirety of the case, I also found a poorly removed/scraped previous OS and windows key label. I build gaming PCs, but I took a chance on this one because I received $200 in Amazon gift cards recently which made this a decent buy for me for $199 out of pocket. I will also add that I checked for any loose connections, memory etc that may have come loose in shipping, but came up empty handed. This PC was just DOA. Also worth noting to those interested, there is no additional room on the MOBO for another SATA connection. There are 3 total... one for Disc reader, one for SSD boot drive and one for HDD storage drive. Kudos to the seller for making the return easy at least. So thanks!

So I ordered the listed computer. Read all the reviews and was hoping that I was not going to be one of the customers that did not receive the HDMI adapter. Of course I did not receive it. On top of that the computer once turned on and hooked up right made a loud noise over and over. Given the fact it was late I waited till the next morning to try and install everything. The next morning the computer was making an additional sound on top of the other clicks. Once setup the Windows key did not work. I restarted the computer and after I entered my password the screen would just go black and nothing would happen. I called Amazon and they said they can only help with power problems. With that we did a 3 way call to the manufacturer. After having him look up the product he said that the warranty EXPIRED ON THIS IN 2014! How is that even possible? I literally just received the computer the day before, and on top of that I was shipped what I can only imagine is someone else return as the windows key was already taken. Not sure if this is Amazons fault or the manufacturer. Im lead to believe its Amazons as I would hope the manufacturer would not have computers that have expired warranties on their shelves. I told them I would like to give them a second try and ship me one that has a NEW warranty and with the HDMI adapter, and the Amazon rep told me she could not guarantee that. So basically my only option was to ship back for a refund. BEWARE to all who buy this computer, even if it is working I would still call in and make sure your warranty is not EXPIRED! I have never left a negative review but I feel this was so bad I had to.
