Got this machine today. First thing, the DVD wouldnt open. Not a big deal, I have more. Replaced it and all is fine. I installed the 1.5 terabyte drive from my old computer, and it works fine, and I still have all my files. So far, nice machine, cant believe the low price. Paid $1500 for a Gateway years ago. This is so much more machine for a lot less money.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. The computer works as advertised and the shipping was fast. I purchased this computer for my grandma and it is perfect for browsing the web and using email. If you or you know someone that is looking for an affordable desktop computer that will be used for office work and general light usage I would recommend this PC. I found it weird that I had to us an adapter for the 9-pin cable to work with a monitor. If you look at my photo it shows I have a different back. This hasnt effected the computer at all. I just thought it was strange.

Juts purchased this a week ago. It arrived on time and well packaged. Very easy to set up. Just plugged in set up was easy and was ready to go in less than 1hr. Came with Windows 10 installed. I use it for my crafting. I keep all my files (images, pdf patterns, ebooks and magazines) in external hard drives and use the PC for my computer programs to do my digital scrap booking. Its perfect for my needs. I hope it lasts me for a while, my last PC the hard drive died after 4 yrs of use but it was my fault for not maintaining it properly and a lot of dust got inside the PC and damaged it. Thats one mistake I wont be making again.

WOW...ordered the computer on Thu-27 and was delivered Sat-29. Opened box and computer was packaged very securely. Although it was a reconditioned machine it had no visible ware marks or damage. Minor item, it was missing a PCI-slot blank on the rear but thats no biggie, a 25 cent part, did I mention that this computer was $98 and included free delivery on Saturday! Placed computer on the desk, wired it up and turned it on. At first I thought it did not power up as there was very sound coming from the machine. I checked the back exhaust fan and it was running properly putting out a good amount of air...it was just that quite! I only mention this as Im very anal about computer noise. Anyway, windows ran through its setup routine and immediately opened my desktop. I had purchased this computer to run some windows software that wouldnt run on my current OS platform. I have not used windows since XP and I must say that at first glance windows 10 doesnt seem to be as horrible as many people say! Ultimately I am VERY happy with my purchase. Lastly, I dont know for sure but it seems when you push the "buy now" button for this product you dont know for sure which particular vendor is suppling the product. Mine came from the Blair Technology Group and I feel they were instrumental in my positive experience in this transaction (how they prepped the computer, "READ THIS FIRST" sheets placed in the shipping box, numerous ways to contact them, etc, etc). Overall I would have no issues recommending this product if it came from Blair Technology Group.

For the price, this is great! I replaced an old pentium computer for my mother-in-law. She only need it to browse in the internet, retrieve emails and Facebook so this is perfect for that. It is a lot faster than the old heavy pentium computer with windows XP.

The port in the back of the computer where I need to plug my TV monitor in has all the prongs bent and mangled. I bought an adapter to try connecting it to another source but it doesnt work. I suppose thats what I get for buying refurbished. Im extremely disappointed.

Good deal, very good computer for what we use them for (standard desktop in a business environment). All materials were in the box as advertised (it even came with an extra keyboard and mouse, which we didnt expect). Shipping was quick, machine was packed well and arrived intact. The computer has enough punch to handle web, email, and networked applications we use on standard desktops. I wouldnt recommend it for heavy graphics tasks or that sort of thing. The but ... The machine was advertised as new and having WindowsXP on it (which we need, as some of our older applications simply will not work with Windows 7 or 8); WinXP was installed, but it had been pre-configured with Novell Netware and provisioned for some hospital in New York. As nearly as I can tell the machine IS new, but clearly was part of a package shipped to the hospital pre-set-up for their needs. Essentially we had to format the drive and start from scratch, adding a little time to our deploy. We actually bought 8 of these machines from the same seller, and all were set up the same way. Someone probably should have checked that before they went out the door. That said, were satisfied, and the price was excellent.

I liked everything about this computer LAYOUT including abundance of USB ports, (including front panel USB location), and price. Then I turned computer on, (which permitted some basic info input but NEVER could access the operating mode.) Start-up wait times as long as 12-15 minutes before giving up (tried about 9+ times with no success) At first, I thought it was because I never received Windows 10 activation code, but finally a Amazon technician found a file that showed the computer had been activated. As a result, I (and technicians involved at refurbisher and Amazon), had wasted much time trying to get a 25 digit code key for me which was not needed anymore (or was an incorrect one)......IT MAKES ONE WONDER HOW THE REFURBISHING COMPANY NEGLECTED TO CATCH A PROBLEM WHICH PREVENTED THEM FROM TESTING THE COMPUTER BEFORE SHIPPING IT TO ME.??

It came when promised. Although I ordered HP 6000, I was glad when it arrived. The only negative point is while pressing the power button it would not come on. As I removed the faceplate, I noticed the extension part of the button was missing. I was able to resolve that issue easily. Later I tried to use dvd drive, it would play the disks and would allow not any cd nor dvd to be made. I simply upgraded the player to a bd/cd/dvd player. It’s working great now. I tinker around with computers that is why these just routine installations for me.
