Looks brand new, one tiny little scratch (had to actually look for an imperfection), but runs flawlessly. Purchased the 4 year protection just for safety. I’ve had this for 2 weeks now and not one complaint. It’s small but very powerful. Runs quick, absolutely no issues. Had it set up and ready to go in no time. Was a little skeptical due to the low price, but very glad I went this! Key board and mouse are a little cheap (micro brand) but work nonetheless, will eventually replace the keyboard. Some of the reviews did say theirs didn’t come with a power cord, but mine did.

I love this little computer. it was a very easy to set up, small foot print and its window 10 pro so i can access it remotely. im using these as severs/DVR for my security cameras. i have bought two so fave and both run very well, they are very quick i5 processors. im going two buy two more.

Startup time started to become an issue with this computer after 12 months, taking about 5 minutes to get to the Windows start screen. A couple months later the computer would not start. Diagnostics showed that the hard drive had failed. After replacing the hard drive and running diagnostics showing it was working, I attempted to reinstall Windows and the computer would not even boot from the Windows installation DVD. I assume this is a motherboard issue or something, but Im no expert. Seller offered no assistance since it was outside the 90-day warranty period. I guess the low cost of purchase makes 15 months of life not totally awful, so 2 stars.

This is installed in my garage for referencing manuals and technical information. It has proven to be a very solid product. Ive had absolutely zero problems with it. This refurbished product appeared virtually new. Ive had it now about 1-year.

It made it past the 30 day return window. Really frustrating because these machines are supposed to be great little basic work computers which is all it was needed for. And for the work computer to give that error so quickly... grrr.

Still working! Very small footprint. Cant upgrade anything. Good for casual use. Im not a gamer so it works for me. It can handle simple charting tasks (Excel).

I purchased two units and they ran perfectly right out of the box. After one month one unit lost its hard drive. Called the seller and they sent me a new one at no cost. it took me about ten minutes to replace. the unit started right up. Love them.

Very well worn out. I purchased one for a customer describing as being "like-new" as description said for "certified refurbished", Received one that was in terrible shape. Scratches all over with permanent marker "covering" them up, dents, dirt, glue... Rubber feet missing... Ordered a replacement and that was a little better but still not nearly in a "like-new" condition.
