+ Boxing was nice. ~ Does not feel/look cheap, but feels lightweight when picking up. - No VGA port! Power button is in slightly different spot than pictures. Otherwise matches pictures. + HDMI extension is about 2 feet long. + Easy setup. Just plugin and turn on. + Win 10 Pro (product page was not 100% clear on Home or Pro). No bloatware on Windows. + 4gb ram at the $100 price point is nice. Happy except that product page clearly states VGA port and pictures show it. Device I received did not have VGA port :/.

This mini pc worked right out of the box, and I am pleased with its capabilities and noise level is almost silent. its compact size with multiple USB ports is what makes it so handy. The processor is a nice unit for light applications, its processing speeds work great for our needs.

Okay...so WOW, I am so very pleased. I looked for a mini pc for a long time, almost a year now. When I went into Best Buy to get educated on them, no one could help me. In fact they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. So I did some research and decided on this little guy. I took it out of the box, plugged it into my TV took out my wireless mouse and keyboard and viola! It is exactly as it was advertised online. So far I love it. It is a little slower than my laptop but it will work just great for doing homework, checking emails, paying bills, and playing a little solitaire. I havent tried to watch any movies yet or listen to any music so Ill have to edit my post once that is done. Seriously! This is just perfect...

I bought this to put an old CRT to use. The issues other customers had with dead clock batteries, overheating, and Windows 10 activation didnt happen to me. At 100% CPU, the Intel Atom stabilized at 1.67 gigahertz. The case became warm to the touch, not hot. Initial setup and updates took 71 minutes using VGA, a Microsoft account, and an Ethernet cable. No warnings in the Device Manager. Audio was great with unpowered speakers other PCs couldnt make loud enough. The 24 watt power supply means 4k video editing, AAA 3D gaming, and bitcoin mining are out of the question with this system. I notice 1-5 second delays that dont happen with full sized desktop hardware. Im impressed with Windows 10 performance so far. Im relieved that I received a high quality unit. The review and rating will be updated if anything goes wrong. Update: Put up a reliability history for the first week. Strange to see Windows 10 shutdowns were unexpected. I always shut down the mini PC from the Start menu. The process seems abrupt sometimes. Every time I reboot, the volume level is reset to 37%.

Good performance for a fanless configuration, plays 4K video; 8GB RAM, Win10 included, has the possibility to add a SATA HDD (like 2TB). It has 1Gbps ethernet, it can make a NAS or Media Server/Player. However, HDD bay is not very well ventilated and the case is a bit bigger than I expected. The blue light is discrete enough. It makes a nice choice for a fanless desktop without too much performance requirements. Do not expect it to play demanding 3D games. Minecraft works well, Fortnite did not, at least for me. You can also use it as a small NAS or Media Server/Player. I just hope the hard drive will not overheat too much.

Great value for having a 2018 CPU from Intel. Many similar desktop miniss had processors that were 5 or 6 years old with less RAM. Upgraded to 1/2 TB SSD, customer service from Huong was excellent and always timely (typically response within 12 hours via email) in assisting us in migrating the current included primary drive to the larger SSD drive. Would recommend this as a great computer for most business applications unless you were do publishing work with very large files. Basic Excel, word and web/cloud base works great. Love that fact they supplied the necessary hardware to mount computer to the back of your monitor, freeing up desk space and clutter.

This PC is so compacted and runs smoothly. I connected to my TV through a HDMI cable and with a wireless mouse. It just turns into a smart TV. Its a little bit larger than a TV Box. The size really surprised me at first, -and then its performance also exceed my expectation. Ill probably use it as a desktop and TV box at the same time. Its great. I like it.
