Received this computer in two day of ordering. Very fast service. When I hooked it up everything when as clockwork. Not a problem to set up. Would highly recommend this to all. Thank you for the good service. It was a good deal and price was great. Not a gamer just an old man that enjoys a good fast setup. This answered that question.

So far I am very happy with this computer, it was spotless clean inside and out. Packed well and delivered on time. I use it for CAD programs for my cnc machine and it has been working out very well. Came with a tiny USB dongle for WiFi but it connects fast and haven’t had any issues so far.

I found this at 1/3 the price of similar refurbs. It looks new and acts perfectly. I dont need the HDD that size but everything else is beyond a plus. Arrived as promised and is working perfectly. Why buy new when refurb is better!

This computer works great and does everything I want. JSM Computers customer service is the most responsive, best I have ever dealt with and at 80 I have dealt with many. This computer is recommended and JSM is highly recommended.

Purchased in February and installed in late March. Started getting error messages after about a month of use and in mid June, Windows stopped working. 90 day warranty expired, and seller did provide detailed instructions for us to try to get Windows working again. I will give those a try and hope for the best. Wasnt worth the money for the amount of problems weve had in such a short time.

Wrong item and no response. I ordered a dell 990 and got a dell 7020 ...HUGE DIFFERENCE IN RAM AND PROCESSOR AS WELL AS PRETTY MUCH EVERYTHING ELSE THAT MATTERS

I purchased a computer before with them and they gave me the money back. Then I purchased another computer and that was amazing. I had only a problem with Microsoft office and I can tell they have one of the best service you can wish in this situation.

Would sometimes have trouble even turning on. Could not boot hard drive after a few days. Currently, with a new hard drive installed properly, it doesn’t even power on
