I had trouble with it at first. I installed the Dell Firmware Upgrades and it cycled through blue screens of death and appeared that I was going to have to send it back. After a few hours on the phone with tech support, it seems to be working great and if things keep going as they are, Im very happy with the computer and hope this was an outlier experience.
