I recently purchased this computer and for the first week, I loved it. It was fast and the graphics were excellent. During the second week, my d: drive disappeared and after reading numerous "fix it" articles (which I tried and none worked) I returned the computer for a replacement. I received the new computer and while playing Fortnite I accidentally disconnected the headphone jack from the front of the computer. When I replaced the jack, the computer shut down and would not restart. So this morning I am requesting another replacement. I had actually thought about getting a refund and going to purchase a new one from a big box store but I thought that would be a bad idea based on my experience will returning defective products to these stores and getting the warranty lectures and possible restocking fees, etc... I hope this works out.

Ive had either Inspirons or Optiplex desktops at work for 15 years now and have found them quite reliable. This ones no different. I bought a SkyTech Archangel Elite Snow edition off Wahlmurt.com (you know what I mean) and had to return it, faulty OS installation. I could have fixed it easily, I just expect the product to work right out of the box. Then I bought a See You Kay (those are the initials of the company) Mantis, which arrived without the SSD (??). Returned it, no charge. Then order this. Plugged it in, turned it on, a few minutes to set up the OS and load applications, half hour to transfer data, and youre running. If youre gaming seriously, youll want to go with a bigger GPU. This ships with a GTX 1060 (3gb), and it performs well, but I suspect ultra high FPS executive will need a little more ass though. I doubled the RAM with Dell certified. I should be good for another 5-7 years or so with this item.

This is a good value PC. I wouldnt really recommend this for a strong gaming system because it doesnt have enough GPU ram. It has a strong CPU though and I will be replacing the graphics card shortly and adding ram to bring it up to gaming level. I am disappointed that the day after I bought it Amazon sent me an email saying I could buy the upgraded version with double the ram and twice the hard drive size for the same $$$. Why didnt I get THAT recommendation first?

Works great, first desktop Ive purchased so Im happy with it. Also, all you really need to buy is maybe some more memory and ram to have a beast of a computer. Overall though, for its price you really cant go wrong.

My son saved up and bout this and he absolutely love it. It runs fortnite all epic settings at 100 FPS, Terra Tech max setting perfectly and CSGO max setting very high FPS. It runs very quietly and I would recommend for anybody trying to get a gaming pc that is not to overpriced.

Very nice PC, boots fast, Graphics are nice. Did not boot on arrival! Gave me a code, five beeps, which related to battery on motherboard. Went out and got new battery and she booted right up. One thing Im finding on the Intel models is upgrading the DDR memory there doesnt seem to be as many options as the AMD models(5675). Or at least they cant confirm they work with the 5680 models. Overall still a great PC!!!

Got this gaming PC today due to my other PC dying on me suddenly. It runs most games decently, and the price was perfect. Rating it 4/5 stars however due to an issue im having right out of the box: audio crackling. I have visited several Dell help forums today and I cannot figure out what is causing this issue. Whenever I use headphones on the front 3.5mm audio jack, it has a very feint audio crackling noise and it gets annoying after a while and still persists even while im playing games. This ruins the immersion and I had to default back to a pair of old Steelseries USB headset with USB instead of 3.5mm. Now there is no crackling.

My son wanted to build his own gaming PC. That made me nervous. I prefer to have a warranty from a dependable company. Hes had this computer over a month now. So far it has performed exceptionally. No problems at all. I dont think he even uses his Xbox at all anymore... Very pleased with this purchase.

I had bought this to play online games, mostly fortnite. I was disappointed when it couldn’t fit apex as well, this was after I deleted everything including Microsoft. However, it’s very quiet and my cat likes to sit on it while I game.
