I worked on this computer for at least 4 hours before I packed it up and returned it to Amazon. I really disliked this version of Windows 10 and we decided to stick with what we have and forget getting a new one. There was no tool bar in Explorer and no way to get it to appear on screen. Many other things were different and it wasnt worth learning another operating system. I am very knowledgeable when it comes to computers because I have used them since 1984 and had a computer repair business for years. I do pity anyone who ends up with this version of WINDOWS 10. I dont know why Dell would be selling this version of Windows 10 but I consider it junk. I purchased Dell computers for years without any problems.

Unfortunately the computer was running extremely inefficiently straight out of the box. I tried, in my optimism to attribute it to bloatware and unnecessary programs on startup, but it still seemed unusually slow, (several minutes after logging in to get functionality). I continued to monitor start up processes to address performance with little success. Then the computer eventually started freezing and giving black screens during usage that required hard power downs to override. Finally after only 5 weeks, it wouldnt start at all. I simply got a loud beeping upon powering on. Im getting a replacement, at no cost, and will update accordingly. Obviously there can be the occasional "lemon", and for now Im giving the benefit of the doubt. UPDATE: Same performance issues with replacement. Takes nearly 7 minutes to get functionality from the time you turn the power on, and the memory is non existent. The entire you are using it, even if sitting idle, you hear the hard drive crunching and the memory usage at 50%+ and the HD usage at 90%+ with basically nothing running. I removed anything that can be removed from start up and unnecessary software that was pre-installed. Please do not buy this product.

Really easy to install, visually awesome, very happy with this product. Never had a problem with Dell. This does have a pop-up webcam with a clear picture, but does not have a disc drive for DVDs (be aware of that). I thought it had one but u can use my laptop for that - so no worries. Outstanding price and quick shipping too. Would definitely purchase again.

My first touch screen and i am really happy with what i got was able to load my Word on and my Norton and cleaned it up scanned the computer for issues and got rid of stuff that i no longer need and it works really well, Have not had any issues with as in the previous reviews. I am getting used to the key board but not fond of the flat keys but it works thinking about getting a USB hub because all the USB ports are in the back and bring them towards the front for easy loading

If you turn it off it comes right back on. It failed a maintenance test and the technician fixed it by disabling a program I use every day. reloading it brought back the original problem. I will try again to get it fixed when I feel up to trying to communicate with another non-English speaker. How can a mirror-like screen be called non-glare?

Mine just arrived yesterday...was a little clunky during setup & installatuon of Microsoft 365. Was hoping after reading some of the other reviews, this was just a fluke. Booting it up for the 2nd time & it is EXTREMELY slow...slower than our 8 year old Dell with an Intel Core 2 processor/Windows 7 that we were planning to replace with this one. Undecided if I’m keeping yet...it may go back.

I have to admit. This is a great little All In One pc. Setup was easy. Speed is not too shabby. Definitely worth the money if you are looking for something to surf the internet, write or publish documents, emails, etc...
