I bought this PC specifically to avoid assembling another tower. I followed the instructions to the letter prior to booting up. Within five minutes of the initial boot, it completely froze. I called tech support and they had me uninstall the wifi drivers and e-mailed me, new drivers. After installing the new drivers, it crashed yet again. I called tech support again and they instructed me to ensure the ram was properly seated. I did. It froze again. I called tech support for the third time and they instructed me to take one stick of ram out and rotate one stick through each port every time it froze. I did that with both sticks and it still continued to freeze. I called once again, and tech support suggested that I entirely remove the wifi card and try using an ethernet cable to see if it still freezes... I did not feel like pulling any other components out tonight so he recommended reinstalling windows. I am currently working on that. I will update this review if I get the system functioning. *UPDATE*: I ended up just sending this tower back to amazon. The cyberpower PC tech support, while nice, were not helpful at all. They told me that I could mail the system directly to them for repair, but it would be 7-14 days from the time that it was received. It was easier to just send it back for a refund.

4th update Amazon has been great Cyberpower not. 2nd pc and lights arent working after 2 weeks of use. I even tried a new remote and disconnecting and reconnecting. I had to take off a day to sign for new pc so after 2 days off for both I lost close to the price of the whole pc. Now Im stuck with new 1700$ pc with the lights not working which is the coolest part of the build seeing inside. I dont know what to do now. I dont blame amazon they help however they can.

The product wasnt packaged. No precautions were taken to ensure the computer was secure. The desktop box came in an oversized Amazon box with again no bubble sheets or any sort of proctection. To make matters worse it appeared the PC had been stripped of its cpu, which could not have just fell out. The two sticks of ram were found underneath the desktop with one of the sticks being bent severely. Furthermore, one of the motherboards ram slots latches were broken off. The GPU card was found in its slot, but the slot which secured the card was torn from the motherboard. Their was also a missing pen in one of the motherboard slots. There is also no telling what else was wrong. So, all in all I dont think Ill be ordering a prebuilt PC from Amazon anymore. Thus, I am saddened and disappointed as this was a significant purchase from Amazon and it was my first.

Ok, I am sorry I have to write a negative review and I feel bad about what I am about to write but I believe it is important so I will First PC looks great, nice RGB fans, nice glass window that wraps around the front of the computer. Nice, clean aesthetics. As for performance I barely have used the machine I got about 2 days of use out of it before I realized that there is a wire between my I/O shield and my motherboard partially blocking one of my USB 3.0 ports. Now the I/O shield is sheet metal and kind of sharp so I am afraid to just push it to the side and move it out the way and just live with it. However the purchase price of this item is $2000 and I feel I should not have to live with anything if the price is that high. So I called amazons tech support talked to them, or well waited on the phone for 30 minutes while they tried to figure out what I was talking about. After literally being on the phone for over 30 minutes they ask me if I would like a refund or an exchange. From the little time I have used this machine I did like the speed and the way it works so I prefer to keep the item and am just taking this as a once in a while fault. However this is what this is going to cause me. I work from home, I do all my work remotely and on a PC everday for work, since I have purchased this one I no longer have my other computer registered as an acceptable device with my company so essentially I either have to cough up money for a "temp" computer wait 2 days for it to clear (all while not getting paid) or just wait it out until this whole process is over and do no work. (meaning no pay) So sadly this computer will potentially cost me as much from work as this computer depending on how long this all takes. So sadly I am not happy with this purchase but it would of been so easy for me to be.
