Im never one to leave reviews on products, but please be wary of buying this computer. It worked fantastically for about two weeks. However with only steam games and google chrome installed on the machine, i started to get periodic blue screens. Eventually the computer would not boot at all, and it claimed windows was not even installed on the machine. I will be returning tomorrow, I really wanted to love this computer but spent over a thousand dollars just to have it break and have to send it back.

My son saved up 1,000 of his own money and bought this computer and the extended 4 year warranty from Amazon on November 29, 2018. March 6th the computer just stopped with sound. So we go to the warranty information. The one from amazon doesnt kick in until the manufacturers one expires at the end of the first year. The manufacturers warranty is ugly. Read it yourself. You pack it up. You PREPAY shipping. You call us and get a permission to ship. If thats number is not on front of package, we will refuse receipt. If we cant establish the problem with the computer, we are going to send it back to you at your cost. I cant comment on the amazon warranty because it is useless for a year. First year I have to deal with these folks and they couldnt care less about you or your issue. Also, of note, I checked google on this "sound" problem with this model. Hundreds and hundreds comments on this. Appears to be a widespread problem. Caution.

Great computer for gaming I tried fortnite and a few other games and it is a very spectacular budget gaming computer you may think the Gtx 1060 3G is a bit bad but I can run most games at 1080p 60fps at second to highest settings the processor is great just a tip dont run this PC at 4k or 1440p its not what its meant for I recommend running games at 1080p for max performance great look except the side panel is not tempered glass I got a sort of transparent tinted plastic side panel but its fine I didnt really care about it too much it comes with a great mouse and keyboard the mouse is RGB but you cant change the color from what I know you cant change the color of the RGB fans which is sort of annoying but overall great PC no shipping issues lightning fast SSD but one last important thing there is no Wi-Fi for this pc so youll have to get an adapter or use Ethernet

I didnt want to take the time to put together a new PC so I decided to buy a pre-made one. So far after a week everything is going well, smooth and runs my games quite well. I was worried at first due to some of the reviews saying theres a heat issue but I would assume that is with people who game to the extreme and want the max graphics for the most demanding games out there. I dont think you should buy a pre-made system for that case, as it is much easier to control by building your own PC. This seems like a good midway point for people who dont want to build a PC.

I’ve only had the PC for about a week now and it’s a great gaming rig. Seems to handle most new titles. I like that they put off the shelf parts for the build. My only two cons would be, I got the Asus B360M-A motherboard instead of a Z370. Would be nice to have a better motherboard. The other con would be the headphone jack is loose and could only get one channel.

Very well put together PC. Was a little hesitant about a pre build computer, but this is definitely THE option for pre built pcs. I personally purchased the i7 16 ram version, but the other i5 8 ram version is a nice discount version. But, I believe that the extra $200 is easily worth it for how much longer an i7 will last you, and you will probably purchase more ram later on anyway. And that leads me to another point, the upgradability here is perfect, there is plenty of room to do almost any kind of upgrade youd like to on this pc. Worth the money for sure and probably the best pre built out there. About the software issues, it was all generally a windows 10 problem that I managed to fix after a while. Nothing wrong with the computer.

They did something wrong while putting mine together. It was overheating 20min into a League of Legends game ( which is a game that doesnt require any high specs and works great on my Laptop). I was really disappointed with this as I was very excited to receive it and start playing games like GTA V and Assassins Creed, but if it overheats with League then idk how it will be able to handle such games. I had to return it.

Works great so far, pretty quiet... Will update after a couple months of use. It runs games on max settings no problem, Fortnite runs over 100fps on ultra settings.... -1 star because the "glass" panel on the side was damaged when it arrived, it didnt happen during shipping because there was a plastic cover over the glass inside the box, so it got damaged in the factory. Part of it is dirty on the bottom and the top and it wont come off, Its scartched/smudged on there.. Other than that, very good product but would have been nice to get it undamaged.

Ive owned this PC for about 3 months now. Solid PC, An intelligently put together PC thats cost effective. It gets a little loud under duress, but handles it fine. Ive had a couple crashes here and there. Not sure if PC or OS though. I sadly "updated" my LAN driver and now requires a network reset almost every time I turn it back on. Aside from that its my only con. I love the ambient lighting and any faults with the device has been mostly user error. I will need to install more memory sooner or later.. and the graphics card is modern enough to play everything for now. ***update 01/05/19 purchased 7/22/18*** Went to turn it on today. Nothing. Mouse wont light up, keyboard wont light up. I think the PSU(power supply unit) has crapped out. Which is weird.. Cause I turned the pc off just like every other day through the start menu. So it died while off. Im going to try and have the PSU replaced but I mean it didnt even survive 6 months? Come on cyber power. Do better. *2/13/19* I forgot to update. A new PSU did fix everything and is now working fine. I actually forgot I had an extra PSU so I fixed this rather quickly. No thanks to cyber power.

Our son had been begging for a gaming pc for nearly two years. This Christmas, my wife and I decided he was finally ready for his own PC and we wanted to make sure to get one that checked all of the boxes. After going to multiple big-box stores, department stores, tech depots, and reading many an online review, we knew exactly what we were wanting to get, but were not ready to spend the time building our own. Digging into Amazon, we came across CyberPower PC and started reading the many positive reviews. On top of finding one that had the exact components and look that we wanted, we could get it shipped in time for the holidays. Upon receiving the PC, it was much better than we even anticipated. The packaging was fantastic and there were no issues with any damage to the box, let alone the PC itself. Upon following the instructions and putting the 4 wires into the back necessary to get everything running (power, mouse, keyboard, and monitor), my son was off and gaming. The machine has been incredible! The LED lights included are absolutely gorgeous, the system is nearly silent, and the included mouse and keyboard are my sons preferred; even over the $150 kit we bought from a more known gaming component company. Lastly, the reviews I have read that mention the power source and overheating concerns may only be pertinent for older models. The computer we have received runs consistently at 34/35c and about 75/80c when in hardcore gaming mode (COD BO4 on high-detail). The fans do an excellent job keeping the system cool and running perfectly well. We are only a few weeks in, but if it maintains this sort of performance, I will be buying CyberPower PC for all of my computer needs moving forward. The only thing I would like to add is to make sure that if you are wanting to hook up to the net through wifi, get an adapter. Even though the system states that it is wifi compatible, it does not actually come with the adapter necessary to pick up wifi signals. Otherwise, this has been a flawless system!
