Update 4/1/19 I called Cyberpowers tech support and they confirmed my PC was shipped with an HDD and their spec sheet lists this model with an HDD not an SSD. Amazon screwed up on the specs on this model. They could not help and suggested I contact Amazon for help. I am returning the computer, its a shame. Anyone who purchased it should check the hard drive type, Im pretty sure you are getting the wrong hard drive as well. Update: 3/30/19 I read another review of this model and they mentioned the hard drive was HDD not SSD...I checked for myself and its true. I was wondering why copying and deleting files on this pc wasnt any faster than my old HDD computers. I will contact Cyberpower for compensation. And adjust my rating based on their handling.

Seriously. Check your hardware configuration when you receive your computer. Ours seemed to work well out of the box but got progressively slower over the next several days. We checked the hardware configuration and discovered the computer came with the wrong hard drive - which is not something that has ever happened to us, and therefore not something we looked for out of the box. We ordered a computer with a 1 TB SSD drive, and received a computer with a low-end 1 TB Western Digital mechanical drive. All the other hardware was right, and the product number on the box was correct - this appeared to be a Cyberpower problem.

Really satisfied with this PC. Arrived super quick (before the estimated delivery date), but unfortunately the packaging was severely damaged. Highly unlikely that this was Cyberpowers fault, but I didnt want to risk opening it up and finding that the computer was bricked. Returned the computer and the replacement came the next day! I am very happy with how quickly it came seeing I was very anxious to get back to gaming. I am a long time PC gamer, but probably not the savviest when it comes to computer specifics. I understand the basics, but it has been a long time since I have had a tower computer; been gaming on a laptop for a long time since I used to travel a lot. Fortunately this was an easy to set up computer - although the Quick Start Guide was for an older model, so I was a bit confused at times. There was a huge sticker that made sure you knew to attach your monitor to the lower DVI output, but like a fool I attached my monitor to the upper VGA (because that was the type of cable my monitor had and the GPU did not have a VGA port), not realizing the monitor would then not be connected to the GPU. So, if you make the same mistake as me (despite the instructions being relatively clear) you will get an error message saying "NVIDIA Display settings are not available. You are not currently using a display attached to an NVIDIA GPU." I hate to admit that this was super confusing to me. I went online and updated drivers and so forth, googled the error message, spent the afternoon frustrated thinking the computer was a lemon.... but then went out and bought a DVI cable and hooked it up to the proper port and *surprise* it worked fine. Pretty surprised this wasnt a solution listed online. Maybe my mistake is so stupid, the internet thought there was no way anyone could make it? The point being that this was a user error, nothing wrong with the machine, but I wish that in the description of this PC they had mentioned that you will need either a DVI (Dual-Link), Display Port, or HDMI cable to connect your monitor (or if they did, I missed it???) My monitor doesnt have an HDMI, so DVI/Display Port was the only option to hook it up to the GPU. Another thing I saw in the comments (possibly for an older model) is that this PC doesnt have Wifi. It DOES have Wifi and comes with two antennae you screw into the adapter in the back. So you can stop worrying about that! The description and the reviews/ Q&A were very contradictory, so I dont know what that is about... once again, those reviews must be for an older/different series. Some people have commented they do A LOT at the same time with this machine, but I havent tried any of that yet. I can run my favorite games (i.e. Borderlands 2, Sims 4, Skyrim, Hellblade, Tomb Raider, TF2, etc... graphics/texture heavy games) and they all run beautifully. Doesnt seem to get that warm (at least compared to my gaming laptop!) and it is pretty quiet. The LED fans are a nice touch, but you can turn off the lights if you dont need to get your rave on. The mouse and keyboard that comes included seems a little clunky, so I havent used them. I may try them out later, but for now I am sticking to my old set up. I did a fair amount of research comparing prices and specs before deciding to get this PC. I think for what you get it is pretty a great bargain. I cant say if it would live up the expectations of some "hardcore" gamers, but it works for me and what I want to do, which is play beautiful games alone or online with friends. If and when Half-life 3 comes out... I will be ready. :P

I bought this PC after a lot of research. I had built my earlier PC but this time I felt it was best if I simply bought a decent one off the shelf. I have the latest RTX 2060 model unlike mots GTX 1060 reviews. I have not been disappointed in my 2 days of using the computer. I mean there are typical slow start-up issues that any windows PC has. But other than that this PC runs smoothly. They also provide a keyboard and a gaming mouse but I wouldnt say these are top quality accessories. Theyre just about okay. The Case looks hot though with the LED lights and white case. See attached pic; I like it. Performance wise. Im playing games on ultra mode and theyre running smoothly. Id say this is a good buy for gaming enthusiasts.

This PC is a phenomenal option for anyone looking for a high-end PC gaming machine that wont break the bank. While you could save a bit of money buying the components separately and assembling them yourself, the ultimate price difference is minimal and Cyberpower does an excellent job of cable and airflow management in an attractive, clean case, that easily makes up for the price premium. As far as performance, Ive been throwing a bunch of different games at this machine and almost everything runs at 4K, Ultra, 60fps. The one exception is Battlefield 5 with ray tracing on, but that particular effect tends to tank performance on even 2080 cards, so its to be expected. At the end of the day, if you dont have the patience or time to build a PC yourself, you cant go wrong with buying a CyberpowerPC machine. They do excellent work.

Install Flash Player There are many things I like about the computer. First off, everyone in my house thinks the RGB case lighting is amazing. The fact that it came with a remote is over the top. The graphics are phenomenal. Weve played Stellaris and Fallout, so far, and the graphics are crystal clear. Weve had gaming computers before, but this one is exceptional. Have had the computer for almost a month now with no issues whatsoever. As far as noise level - What noise level? Two ways I know that the computer is running are either that Ive turned it on or if the RGB lighting is visible. Although we prefer a wireless mouse and keyboard, the gaming mouse and keyboard work just as well. As far as what I dont like...cricket cricket aka N/A.

started a return for this product being every application kept crashing after all the proper updates were installed and the antivirus as well. Very upset I wasted my time on this product that is said to be so great. Didn’t have it for 4 days so I’m glad it happened sooner than later. Which also says a lot about the quality of the product. Still waiting on refund. Shipped back about 4 days ago.

I want to believe this pc could have been amazing. I returned it and I’m not quite sure if I want to risk ordering again. When it arrived one of the fans was broken off of it’s hinges. For a computer that costs $1300 I find this unacceptable. If it worked I feel I would have loved it given the specs. But I’m just not sure if I trust it enough to order again.

Claimed to include a 1 TB SSD and I knew something was wrong when booting up the first time. Opened the back panel and there sits a 1 TB Western Digital Blue Mechanical HD! Unfortunately cant return it due to time constraints. Kind of disappointed

The PC I received it not what is in the description. 1st, it does not have an SSD drive. It has a standard WD 1TB 7200RPM drive installed. 2nd, it does not have 6x USB 3.1 ports. It only has 2x USB 3 and 2x USB 2 ports in the back and 2x USB 3 on top. 3rd, the RTX 2060 card is not a full size card. I am returning this system.
