Hi Guys, I finally figured out my Lag in Dota 2 & MTG Arena it was my old iMac PC. So I went ahead and finally bought my first Gaming PC Machine. Yesturday I tested it out and wow did I not lag at all in my Dota 2 games plus kick some butt at the same time. Thank You Amazon and CyberpowerPC series Gamer Xtreme VR for my awsom PC very happy with the Purchase. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT buy the 1060 3gb version, the 1060 3gb is a decent graphics card, but for the price and the fact that itll become useless in a couple years, you should buy the 1660ti version, and with Amazon prime its only about 79 dollars more, so dont cheap out with the 1060 3gb as its low amount of vram is NOT going to last long, however the 1660ti version is amazing, Im able to run all the games I like at the highest settings with AT LEAST 60 fps, for example, I can run PUBG at 120fps-ish at the highest settings (1080p).

PC arrived and graphics card was dead out of the gate. None of the ports worked. Very disappointing! Sent it back the next day which was a pain and inconvenience to the customer. You’d think that quality control should have tested this basic functionality prior to shipping out such an expensive piece of equipment. Maybe that’s the problem....there is no quality control or testing prior to shipment?? This is so basic and should have never happened. Are these things even tested to make sure everything works before shipping to the customer? I’ll never buy another PC or high end piece of electronics online again!

I used to build my own computers all the time. I am an avid gamer. But recently i have been getting too lazy to do research for all the parts etc etc. I looked at the specs and the price and purchased this rig. No regrets at all. It was shipped super secure. The lights are cool and the internals look amazing. No way i can make something customized look this clean. RUNS ULTRA QUIET. NO PROBS AT ALL

Not 5 minutes into unboxing, we realized there are screws missing out of the chassis, actually very obvious ones on the MB. Of course we started pulling it apart to inspect the rest of the build. The computer was put together with the wrong stand off pegs and the MB is actually seated completely off center to use the ports, rendering the USBC and HDMI ports completely useless!! The case looks like its not the right shape and its off by over 3mm. Ive uploaded an image to show how they are. We would need shims, the stand off pegs are way too long. The acrylic is broken from a screw being torqued into it it looks like (these should only ever be hand tightened!!) I will update our rating after we contact the company when they open tomorrow. UPDATE**: I spoke to a man named Steve that works in their IT department that swears they test every unit and it must be Amazons fault. So there you go, no accountability I will be taking this up 100% with Amazon with my return. I did ask if he is implying Amazon went and opened the box, rearranged and bought and installed the wrong hardware, etc. You can imagine the response. DO NOT BUY

Pc arrived on time and it was easy to setup, however like 15-20 mins after initially starting it the computer suddenly went to a blue screen with the error code: Memory_Management. After that the screen was frozen so I restarted it. It started back up normally but the blue screen comes back everytime after a few mins of using it *Contacted tech supported will update if we reach a solution

So far ive downloaded 4 games on the computer with no decay to speed. I can play League at the highest setting with no problems. Im pretty sure you could have 2 games loaded at once and playing, probably.

The computer was easy to set up and ran great right out of the box. There were no issues. There were no missing items and the packing was very solid., Ive had it for a few days now and can say its a fantastic computer for the price. Its really quiet, love it.

The build is astonishing for the price. A gaming PC that gives power when needed, and it boots up, and loads programs almost as fast as clicking the mouse button. Streaming media is a big deal, as important as gaming for me, and with 4K as well, heck yeah. For Kodi users, this rig is a winner. I put all my games at maximum graphic settings and they ran without delays. Great PC for the price, you could easily spend a lot more for this kind of power, not disappointed at all. Plus, a remote comes with it as well that controls the RGB color settings.

Ive only had computer for a few days, but I must say my experience has been full of joy as this cyberpower machine has best my expectations by far. Extremely fast, very quiet are just a couple of examples of the quality. I can play all my quality games without sacrificing screen quality. The computer was shipped out and received in two days and came well packed with no blemishes or damages. I would buy again. I have not rated Tech Support as I have not needed them.
