This is an excellent gaming PC. I bought it for my son and it plays all of his Steam games on highest video quality settings with a 1080P monitor (I dont have a 1440 monitor so I cannot test one). Absolutlye zero lag. Heat and noise is minimal. The included keyboard and mouse are great. Out of the box, it took 15 minutes to set up and updates were quick as well. He was online and gaming with his friends within an hour. One thing to note is that this uses a standard separate jack for microphone and headphones, so if you have one of the new-fangled headsets with one jack you just need to get an adapter (fortunately the gaming headset that I bought came with an adapter). This is a great PC and becuase it is upgradeable we will be enjoying it for many years to come. The price cant be beat. I was going to build my own PC (I have built several in the past) but after pricing out all of the parts and considering the added cost of a Windows license - not to mention the value of my limited free time - this was a much better choice for me. I am going to buy another PC next year and I will definitely buy another CyberPowerPC.

Update: Got my new monitor with a DVI port. Computer runs smooth and quickly so Im updating my review to 5 stars as previously stated. It says in the description page that the pc has 1 HDMI, 1DVI, and 1 DP port. So when I bought my 144hz monitor which uses the DVI port, I figured it would be a good compatible for it. The pc came today and it shows 3 DP ports and an HDMI port instead. No DVI. So Im not able to hook it up to the monitor. Ill have to return the monitor now and get a DP monitor instead which will take another couple days to arrive. Product page should be updated to reflect the correct display ports. Will update review after I receive the monitor and test out this pc.

Great for PC gaming , I play R6S , rocket league , fortnite , Alex and WoW all on max settings with almost no problems the only thing that I have run into to r6s crashing occasionally Im not sure if its the PC or Ubisoft but one time it froze the PC completely which worried me . Edit 1 : One Month in and the games I would run normally wont work anymore and i find myself sending parts back to hopefully fix the issue , will update after I receive them and try it out .(also cant return now so Im screwed )

After one week with this computer, it is a great buy. Its quiet for one. The box was delivered in good condition and the computer had no scratches or any defects. I played every game I have through Steam and other services maxed out graphics card settings with a good to great frame rate. One thing as a slight, this video card has 3 display ports and one HDMI port. This was not a big deal for me since my monitors with a simply adapter converted over to the correct connection. Other than that, its quiet, it runs relatively cool, and boots up in seconds.

After wanting to upgrade from my budget build, I decided to go the prebuilt route since I wasnt building one. Anyhow, after watching Tech Deals video review on this computer, I decided that this was the one I wanted to buy. Ive had this computer now for over 48 hours and I can say its a good upgrade. Games play buttery smooth and computer itself runs fast. The computer looks as good as it does in the pictures, if not better. The 4rgb fans light the case real nicely. They offer a lot of diferent light effects. Its not tempered glass, its acrylic but thats fine by me. Fan noise is minimal so far but I havent played extremely graphic intensive games (yet) so I dont know if thats going to be an issue. Packaging was really good, they shipped it outside the US and evertime came fine. Unboxing experience is good. Also, you get an additional gaming mouse and keyboard which are a plus. The only downside is that there is no program to reprogram the mouse button and the ninth button is nonfunctional so far. Also, lights on the mouse are dependant of the DPI. But those issues are really not a problem considering theyre just bonuses. In conclusion, this is a pretty good prebuilt computer for the money. Yes, you can probably build one one with the same specs for less but if you wanna buy prebuilt, this one is worth it. Overall Im happy with my purchase and know Ill be gaming on this for quite some time.

I purchased my computer on March 21, 2019 from amazon and this is a great PC for gaming and for web browsing. Researched the graphic card (1660 TI) before purchasing using YouTube and the videos dont do it justice. Movies look great watching Netflix is great in 1080p. I played tomb raider and gears of war 4 to see how the graphics would look and the graphics look great for both. This PC is OK to handle streaming on twitch and light video editing. The computer has Bluetooth so I use a Bluetooth speakers to listen to music. The computer is not whisper quite there is a humming sound because of the stock cooler on the CPU processor. The sound is not that loud you will not here it over a movie playing or listening to music.

Been building and programing these things for a long time now (since Win 95) and this rig is VERY impressive for the money. Some have said here: you couldnt build this rig for the money...I think they are right... :) Hardware: Parts are top notch. Very clean build inside and out. Runs cool and very quiet and other then the lights, you wouldnt even know it was on. And speaking of the lights , nice and with a remote too! Software: Windows 10 Home and NO bloat ware...none and its as clean as they come. Just plug it in, turn it on, set up Win 10, Update, (if you have too, most of the drivers are up to date) install your favorite apps , programs and tweaking software, make an image and run the thing till the cows come home. And yes, its very fast too...of course not as fast as a $5,000 custom rig, but its no slacker either. Almost all the software loads instantly and it runs flawless...Impressive. Bottom line: Buy 1, buy two, buy one for the whole family, heck, maybe even one for the neighbors...but buy one...you wont go wrong with this rig (PC) You will be very happy you did and we all like happy endings... :) Peace

the computer was package very secure in the box when it arrived. fast delivery! it came 1 day early. the computer come with the remote to control the light. you can turn the light off if you like. i added Thor as decoration if you can tell from the picture. the VGA plug is not working but i already know that before buying it and got https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Input-Output-Adapter-Cable/dp/B014I8UQJY/ref=sxin_4_pb?crid=2TDZ5W5RJL1NK&keywords=vga+to+hdmi&pd_rd_i=B014I8UQJY&pd_rd_r=deae9552-58e8-43a5-bfba-f3495ddde37a&pd_rd_w=YuEAR&pd_rd_wg=pKrPd&pf_rd_p=9ef0c97a-254b-445c-822b-c948e2d94ddd&pf_rd_r=QS06TM3FEC63TZXV4G3M&qid=1561017673&s=gateway&sprefix=vga+%2Caps%2C795 which is a DVI to HDMI Cable and work perfectly. the glass side of the computer which made of plastic have scratch and random marks. i thought it was dirty but i tried wiping it off with Windex and it did not go away. i dont really care anyways since i cant tell unless you look at it directly at a lamp or sun light and i probably would not stare at my computer anyway so not my main concern. the computer it self is very good. i plug everything in and the computer take me step by step to set it all up. would definitely buy from the same company again. i havent play any game yet since i just got it today but will update if anything bad or any problems comes up. if nothing wrong, i would not update. :D

I waited 2 months after purchasing this computer so I could honestly and accurately write this review. It delivered on time and in perfect shape and my son was stoked for his new B-Day present. We got this as an upgrade to his older computer which I upgraded several times to accept his HTC Vive. This one has a great graphics card which he was excited for since his old one had the minimal allowed for the HTC Vive. Set up was super easy and fast so he was gaming in no time at all. He has been playing now for 2 months and has absolutely no issues with it for any of his games or even the Vive. The lighting on the computer is pretty cool as well which he likes since he can change the colors and how they move. I would highly recommend this computer for a first time gamer or an experienced gamer just looking for a new computer.

TL;DR: the rough cost of the components is $796.60, not including a case, and it runs beautifully. This review starts with the simple truth that custom PCs outperform factory-models, and almost always have way more versatility for customization. I built my first computer in 2011. I upgraded the CPU, motherboard, and hard drive around 2015. I decided the time was ripe to upgrade again. My problem is that Im just not that good at building myself. I relied on friends, and Id rather avoid soaking up an hour or two of their time while I hover nervously over their shoulder like a kid watching their dad build a bike for them. So I decided to look into pre-built custom PCs. I found this product through a review on another website, and decided to check out the value of its component parts. Heres the breakdown after some cursory searching: CPU - Intel i5-9400F: $154.99 Graphics - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 6GB - $249.11 SSD - random 120 GB - $19.99 HDD - random 1 TB - $52.61 RAM - random 8 GB - $34.99 OS - buying Windows 10 like a good boy - $104.99 Motherboard - ASRock b360 - $136.05 PSU - random 500w Rosewill - $42.99 Case - neat LED tower that I couldnt actually find - $??? Just with the known components, and NOT including the tower the parts of this rig will run you $796.60. I paid $800 to have it built for me and shipped. It took me 10 minutes to add an extra 8 GB of RAM and plug in my monitors and peripherals, and after another 10 minutes of Cortana trying to get me to opt into voice command stuff, I was ready to go. For the last six days, its been running like a dream. If I could change one thing about this build, I would make it easier to access the hard drives. The 120 GB SSD is pretty small, and I wish I could change it out for a bigger one. I also cant speak to the tech support or customer service yet - the computer hasnt had any issues. At the end of the day, if youre willing to invest enough work and research, you could probably build a slightly better computer for slightly less money. You will not find a better deal that involves a professional building it for you, though. I bought this when it was on sale for $800. Cyberpower is essentially offering to sell you the core components for their market value, throw in a glittery light-up tower, and put it all together for you for free.
