Update 2 You will not be able to use regular ASRock bios because this is a custom board. No support, other than canned responses and no way of keeping the board up to date. You can build a better system at or close to this price point with better parts that are retail. I made a mistake, hopefully you won’t. This is basically an oem style build that promises more than it delivers. Also, the custom ASRock phantom gaming 4 is NOT the same as the retail ASRock phantom gaming 4. Its different enough to not recognize bios and to not work as it should. Update 1: As of this writing, the onboard led controller no longer works. Support is useless, both Asrock and Cyberpower. Nobody every gets back to you (unless they see a 1 star review) Never again. This pile is getting boxed up right before the return period is over and sent back where it belongs, away from me. Almost 2k and countless hours wasted. Update: Since Amazon mixes reviews, this review is for the SLC10200CPG Found 1 of the interior fans missing two screws, and the other with loose screws. Now Im debating returning this heap of ZERO quality control because the fans are not even PWM controlled, theyre all controlled via the onboard rgb module with proprietary plugs. Aside from the beaten up box it came in, that looked like it sat in a warehouse for 6 months being kicked around like a soccer ball, ...Superficially, it looks great, but diving down into the tech, for this, or any price=point, its lacking. This feels like something thrown together specifically to be sold on Amazon. The core i9 rocks, but everything else is the cheapest no-name stuff you can find. The motherboard has most of the bells and whistles but has lousy support software for tweaking or monitoring. The fans look amazing, but theyre controlled with an off the shelf ws2812b setup which is just wrong. The fan config is silly, with all fans exhausting and none intaking. The cooler is liquid cooled, but try to find support for it, or a name, or specs, or instructions for maintenance. The top fan hole (only 1) is right above the rear exhaust fans for the liquid cooler, which means no putting another fan on top to bring in fresh air or exhaust hot air or anything, so its useless. Another grid toward the front of the top panel would have made sense. The front fans are side mounted and exhaust out of the side panel through small low angle louvers. I can go on an on about the design flaws for the sake of performance, but im not typing anymore. Oh, the keyboard looks beautiful, until you inspect it closer and see that most of the keys are not fully etched out, so the letters have remnants of the paint on them. The mouse is nice though. All in all, for 2K, you can go to pcpartspicker and make your own bad*ss system for near or at this price=point with name brand items. i would not recommend a cyberpowerpc system from Amazon. I cant speak to whether its better going directly through their website though.
