I have to admit I did not totally understand the nuances of a "gaming" computer. This is super fast and quiet with more hard disk space than Ill need for a while. I can run any game I have at full resolution without overheating or video lag. The benchmark test was awesome. However, I still want to use the computer for my office and that is where the issue is. There is no DVD drive or memory card reader. And not enough USB 3.0 for the Oculus VR setup and other USB peripherals. The Wireless AC is great and I had not problems connecting with my network. So, Im adding a USB 3.0 expansion in the PCIe slot. That should take care of most of my needs. I love it.

My original purchase was DOA. I went through tech support and CyberPowerPC offered to have me ship my computer to them so that they could fix it. While that seemed like a fine option, I was ready to get my computer going! So, I asked an Amazon customer service rep if they should ship me a new PC and I could just return the faulty one I had. Poof in 2 days I had my new computer and everything worked perfectly. So, if you’re weary of buying this PC because of CyberPowerPC’s reputation, do not fear because Amazon will always come through for you. My favorite part of this PC is the case. The glass side of the case has an orange button on the top that clicks into or out of place making it very quick and tooless to get into the PC for cleaning and upgrades. My PC came with 32g DDR4 2666 RAM and an EVGA RTX2080.
