Was excited to unbox the Corsair One, but all my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when the PC would not even power on. I called Corsair support and they walked me through a troubleshooting step in which they had me press a reset button on the back of the tower for 25 seconds before plugging the power cable back in. That still did not do the trick, and not even a single light or sound could be seen or heard coming from the computer. Very disappointing. I then called Amazon to start the refund process. This whole situation is really unfortunate because I was on a time crunch (deadline) and needed this computer days ago. I originally thought I was going to receive it on Saturday, but Amazon pushed back the delivery date to Tuesday. Now, both Amazon and Corsair have this computer on back-order, so Im unsure how Ill meet my original deadline now. If only the computer had arrived here safe and sound the first time, I wouldnt be having to go through the inconvenience of returning a "dead on arrival" PC now. Extremely disappointed customer.

I was overwhelmed by the many gaming PC websites out there. Id start a purchase flow and then get flooded with tons of upgrade options. Then I came across the Corsair One, and after reading reviews, I decide its exactly what I was looking for. Incredibly compact, sleek, and attractive. Ridiculously powerful without any need to get paralyzed by tinkering with random upgrades. Got this along with an Asus ROG 240hz, and playing Fortnite and Apex Legends at maxed out settings is just epic. Very happy with the purchase so far, and feel confident that this machine is going to hold up for a long time to come.

Incredible Performance packed into a small lightweight footprint. May still need more ports for some believe it or not. Keeps on giving me driver problems though. Update: And barely over half a year in and its dead. Never this brand again.

Its clear that a lot of thought went into this design. Its compact, quiet, and powerful. The actual aesthetic of the case is alright. It looks good, but I would rather have it be more understated. The only real negative thing Ive noticed is that it doesnt have enough rear USB ports for all the wireless dongles I have. (Headset, mouse, keyboard, and xbox controller) The sale price was well under what a similar DIY build would come in at. I think it was a good value. Pros- Compact Quiet Powerful Good value Cons- Needs more rear USB ports.

I dont know how many stars i should give because machine is fantastic but it crashes at least once a day. I got this on oct 31st. after all the updates, i was so happy to get this thing to work. But first 10 minutes into watching youtube, my screen blacked out for about half second. I didnt pay too much attention at that time but i noticed it when it did it again while playing destiny 2. called up corsair support on 2nd of November and technician over the phone told me they need corsair back for repair (this was on 2nd of November). So i agree to it and he says i will get a box to ship it in within two to four business days. I just got an email (9th november) saying a service order has been created for system repair, and box will arrive in one to two business day. Customer service rep was very professional so i give props but so far, im not happy with how things are turning out. i will update soon. Forgot to mention screen black out stopped after couple of days days but I got dpc watchdog violation at least once a day instead followed by reboot. ---update--- 13Nov2017 I will be receiving box to return corsair one on 14th of november according to email. This is longer than what technician said on 2nd of november. ---update--- 14Nov2017 Yesterday (14th November) I finally received return box during lunch time. Ive dropped off unit at post office around 1200. Will update soon as I hear something. ---update--- 16Nov2017 Package received by corsair @ Texas Thursday, 11/16/2017 at 11:48 A.M. ---update--- 19Nov2017 received email from corsair one service center about them receiving my unit @ 11/19/2017 08:37 AM... i have feeling i wont be getting my unit back this week due to thanks giving. Again, my ticket was created 1st of November and today is 20th November. ---final update--- Finally received my unit back with drive wiped clean on 22nd november. I dont know why they had to wipe it when its GPU problem according to technician. In total, corsair took 22 days to get me fully functioning unit and am very happy with my corsair one. Bad part along the process was support personnel doesnt talk to each other and are very bad at keeling customer updated with status. I asked for status of my unit on 21st of November. Received reply next day (22nd) saying she will check up on it, 4 hours later she replied with tracking number and found out it was already shipped on 20th. There is clearly lack of communication within corsair one and with the customer. This process was more daunting then necessary with this units price tag. In short, I love the machine but customer service that comes with it need a lot more improvement. I will downgrade to 2 stars for not having my unit for more than half of the time since the day I received it and lack of communication.

Install Flash Player First unit had a high pitched squeal when playing intensive games like Assassins Creed Odyssey and the second unit gave cpu temperature warnings on boot. The first units video card was also not screwed in. It was so far out of the socket that the left most Displayport input could only be halfway seen. After seeing something like that I cant believe that these units are actually tested before they are shipped... but with that out of the way... When it works, it works beautifully. For a computer it is very light and quiet. It was so light I actually put it on one of my parents lap and they laughed at how light it was. It is so much smaller than other mid-towers and full towers that I have owned and is a fraction of the size. I was able to run the public build of star citizen at >75 fps without any problems at all. Not a single hiccup. The only caveats here are the limited m.2 SSD space that you get with this unit. You dont have a lot of room to put your Steam library on the SSD and the other m.2 SSD slot is buried inside the unit. For those that dont know an m.2 SSD can have read speeds of about 3,500 Megabytes per second.. well beyond what a regular hard drive will give you. You will only have enough room to move the few games that you are playing at the moment on the SSD, the system drive.. however the back of this thing has 2 USB 3.1 gen 2 slots. Each of which is capable of transferring data at 1,250 Megabytes per second (10 Megabits). Right now you can pick up external Samsung drives that transfer speed at USB 3.1 (not Gen 2) speeds of 5 Megabits.. so half that. So yeah external storage is an option but it kind of defeats the purpose of the small form factor device. Im trying to build up the courage to try ordering a third time because when it works its just *that good*. Its basically everything that you wanted when you are thinking of buying a computer.. I just wish that someone could explain how they can ship a computer with the video card not being mounted to the case.

What an amazing piece of hardware - Im very impressed with my purchase. Ive built my own computers for close to two decades now, even a few water cooled rigs. I was looking at building another computer for myself, but my eye caught the Corsair. Comparing to what I could build myself, dropping all the parts into PC Part Picker, I could definitely build something with comparable specs cheaper (more beefy power supply being a big difference). Being able to do it in such a compact form factor would be extremely difficult with off the shelf parts. There would be savings, since for a prebuilt computer, this is considered a little expensive, but the savings would be around $200. That doesnt fully account for the water cooling solution, however. Once you start adding water blocks, pump, reservoir, radiators, etc. from EKWB, you arent saving anything at all. The piece of mind that comes with a warranty that covers the entire system is nice too. There have been many times Ive built a computer and had to wait on a RMA for a faulty piece or two. Its a headache I dont have to worry about now. Corsair didnt skimp and the power of this box is solid. After getting everything set up, I was able to get to work with a few VMs running without issue. Id like there to be a bit more RAM - 16GB is decent but I feel that the target audience of this product would have gladly paid extra for 32GB. For the work Im doing, it doesnt hurt having 16GB, but I love having big specs. Im no longer a big gamer, so as far as the latest games, I dont have personal benchmarks, but plenty of video reviews for this computer online do. This does handle my triple monitor setup without any issue at all. The few games I did try on it have no issues running with all the settings checked on with no drops in FPS, but they are older games. Performance is what you would expect of a 1080 GTX. Even playing games and running VMs, temperatures were stable, and the machine was very silent. Quite impressive with a single fan on top of the machine. Although powerful with a 1080 GTX, this doesnt have the overly flashy aesthetic most gaming oriented machines have. No clear side window, no RGB lights. The blue LEDs in the front can be controlled for brightness (or turned off completely) and have a feature where they can "breathe" but the overall effect of the LEDs are subtle. I like the understated looks. How much is fit into such a small box is really impressive. Water cooling in a box smaller than most mini-ITX boxes out there. If you are looking for a powerful machine, with a small footprint, that is silent - this is probably the best preconfigured machine that you can buy right now at this price point. Can people build more powerful systems? Definitely. I could myself. It would be hard to do so in such a small footprint, with it running near silent at the same price though. A great option for those who are can deal without the headache of trying to build it themselves.

Dont buy this product. Ive had this computer for about a year. It consistently doesnt turn on, there are horrible video/audio artifacts, and desyncs between audio and visuals. Consulting with Corsair, I was instructed to clear the CMOs, which I currently have to do on a regular basis, and hope that the computer turns on. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt. Today, it took me about an hour to get this thing to turn on just so that I can write this review. Dont waste your money.

Ive had this for a over a month now and it is working great, no issues so far. Very Happy. I wouldnt mind having more USB ports and a larger SSD drive. Would be nice if the lights on the front of the unit would sync with my mouse and keyboard but they are only like blue as in the picture. Because Corsair doesnt make any good monitors yet I use this with a 4K omen display which has G-SYNC. I use it mainly to play Blizzard games such as Overwatch and HOTS. Maybe a little software development on the side. On occasion I do notice hearing a little garble probably from the cooling system. I attached a benchmark using jdiskmark to show the SSD and HDD IO speeds.

This machine is a beast. Its super quiet and even when the fans spin up it barely makes any noise at all. The size is perfect and much better than an old school desktop. Its been flawless since day one. The price is pretty insane but with all of the liquid cooling you really arent going to save much by building one yourself and it wont be nearly as compact as this. I wish they had more USB ports on the front (as well as USB C on the front). I also wish the C drive was larger, thats a pretty epic fail on their part when you consider the price youre paying. But small issues aside, this thing is truly a great PC and I am very pleased with my purchase.
