First off, the important: This is NOT the "NEWEST" of the iMacs, contrary to the title of this product listing. This specific version is a late 2013 model. This is of great quality despite being refurbished. I literally have seen no signs of use (it probably hasnt been used at all). I like that this came installed with OS X Yosemite. It was a personal decision that I downloaded and installed El Capitan though. Furthermore, I tested all the USB and cable ports, and they all work like charm. The built-in webcam works, too. The wifi is good. Graphics are crisp and sharp. Really, no signs of it being used. I am actually impressed and do not regret making this purchase. It feels as though I bought a brand new product. To top it all, it came with a clean, new iMac box and not some old packaging. I would highly recommend buying from this seller being that the product is very impressive overall. The huge monitor is such a statement. Oh, for some who do not know; a "27-inch" actually means 25-inches in height, about 17-inches in length. The 27-inches is for when measured diagonally. Also, mine came with a wireless keyboard (not to be confused with magic keyboard) and a magic mouse 1. Both are wireless and is automatically read by the iMac upon first use. The computer will guide you in the process when you first turn this on. I have attached photos so you could see the actual product and its measurements. Lastly, this product arrived on time. I cant leave less than one star, or I would. I purchased this iMac "Certfied Refurbished" computer for Christmas. Long story short--it never worked. After much back and forth, the hard drive was bad, the power supply was bad and the logic board was bad. The Apple service center wants $800 to fix the computer I just paid over $1200 for. It never worked correctly due to all of the issues. 6Ave doesnt care and told me theres nothing they could do to help me because their "system" doesnt allow it. Its not under warranty because I didnt buy through Apple. Apple shows this computer was purchased long long ago (original owner likely). Im picking up the computer today from the service center to throw it away (I told them not to fix it--Im not going to spend another $800 for a lemon). 6Ave told me Im out of luck because I didnt tell them in 30 days (I got it on Black Friday and Christmas was 30 days later.) Then they told me they would have done something for me if I reported it to them within 90 days--it was 96 days when I went back to 6Ave asking for a refund (Id been working with Apple service from the start.) Needless to say, this is one of those life lessons I wont forget. Horrible experience all around. Will never buy from an Amazon Reseller again.

I purchased this 27” iMac to replace my 2011 iMac when the video card failed. I like this 2013 version, it’s lighter and twice as fast as my old one. It was shipped well packaged and no visible wear & tear. Excellent condition and ready to use. Because this was a reconditioned unitI also purchased the 4-year service warranty in case I have any issues. I immediately set-up and started checking the system updates and avpplicatins upgrade to my own software purchases. I’m impressed with the processor speed and beauty of the retinal screen sharpness. The price of this iMac was very competitive. I would buy from this vendor again.

After reviewing a lot of iMac computers on Amazon I honed in on this iMac ME088LL/A Intel Core i5-4570 X4 3.2GHz 16GB memory 1TB HD 27",Silver (Certified Refurbished). Im using it to record music with a few different DAWs (Digital Audio Workstations). Music is a hobby and passion I have enjoyed since I was young. Ive found this iMac to be able to do what I need it for and so far...so good!! I have upgraded to High Sierra OS and not a problem using the programs I use as mentioned. I wanted/needed the large 27" screen as my (older eyes) need all the help I can get. I have recorded with various plugins for guitar/keyboard and this iMac never blinks. I purchased it from a vendor (wish I could remember their name) in California through Amazon and they did an excellent job with the shipping/packing and the included Apple mouse and keyboard and everything works as it should. Honestly I have no complaints about my purchase and am grateful to Amazon and the vendor in California for having a great experience in purchasing it and really enjoying it. Arrived couple days ago. Quick setup and everything worked seamlessly till the next day. Pop up message "USB Accessories Disable" kept coming no mater what. Spoke to Amazon Tech and Apple tech to resolve issue. Both are really helpful to guide me tips to get rid of the message but apparently it is hardware malfunction. Shame that I will have to return this beauty back tomorrow. Great product with small little issue. Great customer services from Apple and Amazon. Please making sure not happening again. Thanks.

Without going into all the obvious advantages that come with an APPLE product, this computer is perfect and a great value. The computer arrived in pristine condition, the only thing missing was the Apple box, but everything was in order, and packed very securely by the vendor. I plugged it in, followed the online directions for performing a migration from my old Apple and it was up and running in 30 minutes. It is a fabulous computer, it looks brand new and I saved hundreds by purchasing it refurbished. It has all the guarantees that come with an Apple product as well as the support. You really cannot go wrong buying one of these. I completely agree with the other reviewers as far as value and quality, this computer is an excellent value. The vendor also upgraded the memory to 16GB for free. I highly recommend this product and the vendor, and I would definitely purchase from them again.

I have grown to like the Mac products because I have found them easy to use. I upgraded to this machine and have found it working great. The only problem, I was expecting the Magic Mouse and Keyboard as described in the advertisement but I got the ones that have to be attached to the Mac. I ended up finding the ones I wanted for $198 and sold the other for $100. I did read that the missing Magic Mouse and Keyboard was one of the main complaints.

This computer is a dream come true. Ive wanted a Mac for years and Ive been pricing different Mac models for a while, the iMac is my favorite design and has a lot of power under the hood. These iMacs have good specs and it was in great condition I almost forgot it was a refurbished model because it works and looks brand new! Mine came with a fresh install of OS X Yosemite so its nice to get a newer operating system. All in all this is everything I could ask for and this will be a great work horse for video editing and some light gaming

When I unpacked the unit, after watching their video regarding refurbished goods, I was disappointed to find used cables (coffee stains all over), a dirty used mouse (and I mean DIRTY!) and a used keyboard. After a liberal cleaning they all are in functional condition. Still a good value for your money and I’d do it again.

I had never written a review before, not because I have been disappointed but I just chose to be humane. However, I HATE this seller and infidel amazon as a company who claims that there renewed stuffs are verified by quacks and irresponsible people they call professionals. What I bought didn’t pair with keyboard and mouse, let alone it could be set up. I post this harsh review in truth and honesty because I couldn’t bear the pain of my messed up study plan, my a academic duties and tasks are now shambled, I have to start to going to the library every day to study and do HW....how stressful ....no ratings deserved at all.
