Excellent product. Recently purchased this refurbished item because of the reduced price in comparison to a new iMac. Came in the original box with the same warranty as a new product. Definitely worth buying a refurbished item and saving while doing it. Highly recommended!!

While a late 2013 iMac, this machine runs flawlessly and I will add that I added additional RAM, 32MB. Smooth and a great picture. No DVD drive but I got an Apple Super Drive for cheap and it runs great and takes up little space.

Arrived with both a Magic Mouse 2 and magic keyboard 2. Both are upgrades as the original Magic Mouse and keyboard would be with the 2013s. I was skeptical considering the negative reviews, but very happy with my purchase. Only a minor scuff on the back.

Im very glad with my order, it came so soon, and very well packed! Ive been using it since and it works fine, and its in very good conditions, almost as new. Except for the mouse, that I found not very well working, so i had to buy a new one, every thing was OK for me. Thanks.

Good value. I upgraded this with some additional ram I had laying around. I don’t have a current model with which to compare it to, but it usually for bills all of my needs.

This iMac came exactly as advertised. The only issue I had was connecting the mouse and keyboard to even get them the initial setup. I had to connect a wired mouse and keyboard and setup up the wireless mouse and keyboard thru Bluetooth. So far so good.

Stand screen swivel broke. Screen not adjustable and stays in the down position. Several big scratches on top part of screen.

Worked perfect -just as good as a new one st half the price. Was able to get extended warranty. More warranty than new product. Very pleased.

We are extremely happy with the computer. Finally upgraded and very happy we did! This model came with the Bluetooth Keyboard and mouse as well. My only complaint would be the packaging. Nothing covered the screen and we originally thought it was scratched, but with some polish, it was great.

Even the seller Kanga Suppy doesn’t care we didn’t get what was advertised. False advertisement on their Mac ad!!!
