Ok so all in all this is a great deal. I bought this for my retired parents and its more than enough. Some reviews mention how they got a 3rd party keyboard and mouse, also that there were small scratch or damage. Mine came with all original accessories and part and was in like new condition. Now here is the downside. The seller purchases these in mass quantity and then checks that they are wiped of old information and sells them without a fresh install of the operating system(probably because they lack the original install disc). Now this is problematic because it will not allow a new user to set up the Mac like new unless they use the Apple ID associated with the original install OR an apple ID that has previously downloaded that OSX version on another computer. If not then you have to create a bootable version of the operating system install on a flash drive. I did it, it worked, everything running great. However this will prove to be difficult if you are not tech savvy. It took me about an hour and a half of research and work to get it done. That being said others may not even find the work around. So thats why Ive given it 4 stars... For other users it may be even less considering the amount of work you have to do to finally start using the darn thing.

Computer is great and in great condition. Packaged very well! It took a few minutes and a google search to set up user and iCloud and is basically a brand new computer. Mine came with the original mac keyboard and magic mouse. This computer cannot be updated to mojave, but high sierra is working very well. No issues and I would order this again for the price. I can hear the fan running, but I have read that you can take it to the apple store and they will clean the fans for free in case this has happened to anyone else.

I’m super impressed with this and I do not regret my purchase whatsoever! Everything is in perfect working order and I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a high quality desktop computer. Received the computer yesterday’s ns opened it today. The screen is cracked, quite severely on the top right corner of the screen. I just requested a return and will update about this as soon as I hear from them.

The machine arrived in excellent condition with an Apple wireless keyboard and mouse. The machine runs fine. It is a little slow, but, it is an older machine. I may upgrade the memory. I cant complain. The machine does what I want it to do. The screen is bright and clear. Good machine.

I was worried that after reading some reviews that mine was not going to be functional or in good physical condition. Mine came in secure packaging, no critical damage, there were two very minor scratches on the screen, but theyre easily forgettable unless you try to look for them. Keyboard and mouse are not Apple products, however, still function well with the mac. OS was considerably out of date, but it was pretty easy to get it up to High Sierra. This model cannot upgrade to Mojave. Highly recommended purchase.

Operating system would not load. Been back and forth with apple support. Mac OS X Lion is what it wants to install on internet recovery. But since I am not the original owner it is not available to me. So kinda stuck.

Everything arrived in mint condition and got everything setup without issues. Very satisfied with the computer. It is a bit bigger then I thought, and quite heavy but the computer itself is excellent! No damage, no scratch, just like new!

I am not happy at all with my product. When I received the package the box was very flimsy and poorly taped. When I opened the box the first thing I see is that the bottom part of the mouse is broken. The plastic at the bottom of the mouse seemed as though it snapped off somehow. Next, I checked out the keyboard. It has a small dent in the top right hand corner. Finally I took off the wrapping on the monitor and was completely disappointed. The bottom left hand corner has a huge dent on it. It seems as though someone dropped it on its side and it managed to receive a nice dent. It also has scratches on the front and back side of the monitor. The screen has collected dust underneath it and I think I found out the reason why. The glass screen is lifted up. You cannot notice until you lift it up and look underneath. The plug in the back also seems to not stay on all the way. It kinda hangs off and I think it keeps causing the computer to shut off randomly. It is loose no matter how much I press it in. Im not sure what the heck happened to this computer before it reached my hands but I am sending it all back and getting a refund. Thankfully I bought the 4 year coverage for it! I already contacted the company and I will be sending it back this Friday. Im contemplating if I should even reorder another mac from them. I was really looking forward to this and now Im upset. I will update this when there is new news. On the plus side: The package arrived two days early!
