I bought this computer from a reputable source with a refurbished certification but the truth is that you dont really know what you are getting. I received the computer in good faith trusting that everything would just start working as soon as I plugged it in to power. It did, but, I was not able to access the computer. I was locked out and could not open the system. I spent approximately three hours on the phone with Apple tech support in an effort to get in. The tech said to me that she had one more thing to try and if that didnt work then she recommended returning it. Finally after three hours we succeeded in getting in and wiping it clean. I will never do this again. What little money I saved in buying a refurb was not worth the frustration. It is three years newer than the one that I replaced but slower in speed which is again, very frustrating. I purchased exactly what I had but it is still slower and will not operate photoshop properly which is the very reason I bought this computer.
