We got this computer on a lightning deal for less than $300 so we decided to give it a try. Bad idea. Upon initial startup it was very slow to get logged in which I thought may have been the initial install process and a bunch of updates so I gave it time to get itself squared away and restarted after all updates were complete but there was no improvement. We use this very minimally and its main purpose in life is to search the internet, do our banking, and create a few word documents here and there so I figured I didnt need anything too fancy or fast but good god I cant wait to replace this piece of crap. I dont usually review anything because I am generally pretty satisfied with the things I purchase and they perform as expected so my review would be useless in most cases. This one on the other hand has pissed me off so much that I really felt I needed to warn others. We have been dealing with this computer for about 3-4 months now and it continues to make me feel like throwing it through the wall. I timed it today to see how long it would take to double click an excel spreadsheet on the desk top and actually load it to the point where I could read it. No BS it took over a minute before I could read and edit the damn document. It really made me feel like I was back in the days of windows 95. I have ran virus scans, malware scans, and everything else under the sun and everything comes back clean. This thing is just FRIGGING SLOW!!!!! Go find something else with better reviews and better processing power this thing will make you pull your hair out.
