I bought 10 of these computers for a library less than a year ago and 5 out of the 10 are experiencing "ghost touch" issues where the cursor jumps to the top left corner of the screen and then just moves up and down to the point where the computer is completely unusable. And I got a better price than the $799 they are currently- I paid $655 for these junk computers. If youre lucky, you can quickly disable the touch screen, but that doesnt help a library where everything resets itself at night. Steer clear of these Lenovo computers!!!

Product is less than one year old, purchased January, 29, 2017, and was registered once I received the product. The Ideacentre all-in-one was sent back to facility in Kentucky for touch screen failure in July. Now has operating system failure, and Lenovo will not warranty (says warranty expired 13th of November, 2017, and started on Sept. 15, 2016?), and Lenovo wants to charge $200.00 for a year of "Premium" Support. Unfortunately, Amazon says it is out of their control as well. Unfortunate purchase, valuable lesson.

The touch screen portion of this computer failed causing a failure of the mouse operation. This failure occurred in August after purchasing in November.

There is not enough RAM for me to use this computer for what I needed it for. It is also not expandable so i cannot add more RAM. It is also really slow connecting to the internet. It has a lot of weird quirks. I wish I had not bought it.

This computer seemed great at first, but once you get it set p and running, it gets really slow. If youre just using it as a word processor, it works great. However, running Netflix or playing any games more complicated than mahjong, it starts dragging a lot. The screen gets jumpy and it takes a long time to load anything, if it loads. While playing a game or streaming, it cant nbuffer fast enough for anything to be seamless and I was often booted out of my game. Im definitely returning!

The overall quality and performance is great. But the stand that holds the PC/Monitor is poor. It does not secure nor firmly hold the PC in place. The PC would topple over without warning.( This has happened to us on 3 occasions. I had to create a wood block, to put under the front part of the PC to give it balance.

Lenovo has some things to work through. Quirky 3.0 usb, doesnt work if there is something plugged in to the usb if you restart it. Have to unplug the usb, then restart and it will work. Kind of slow. Hate, HATE windows 10. Nice screen though, and runs my 3D programs.

Originally found the computer to be very slow and was going to return. Will re-check performance after I enhance the minimum basic speed provided by internet provider. Everything else about the PC is very good.

This computer is really nice except I feel its a tiny bit slow. It gets gummed up if there are too many things going on. But other than that it works well and wireless keyboard and mouse are great.
