Very pleasantly surprised
Cont believe the price is amazing. And coverage in my area is awesome. Started it during a promotion and so happy I did. Can run hotspot when I want too. Thecalks are perfectly clear and no problems with speeds or getting my messges. Great mobile plan think a few people I have talked to are going to switch over. Nothing to complain about.. Great job MINT mobile!! You have go give MINT mobile a try and how it does for you. Hope I can get another promotion when this one goes out. Oh and wanted to mention when the Sim came in the mail MiNT was kind enough to send 2 other Sims for you to give to a family member or friend and let them give it a try for 7 days free!!
Not what they claim
I had hoped to find my long term carrier. Not sure Mint Mobile is it. I am in downtown San Diego and get only one bar with speeds of 110 kbps (not mbps). The support staff is concerning. After 60 minutes and four different staff, the answer was “we are upgrading your area and will be done in days”. It has been weeks and no improvement. Calls are dropped, internet is slow. Buyer beware.
