Sony 16-50mm f/3.5-5.6 OSS Alpha E-Mount Retractable Zoom Lens (Bulk Packaging)

I opened the box with the lens wrapped in large bubble wrap taped with scotch tape. Another layer of small bubble wrap surrounded the lens. The small bubble wrap was very worn and dirty. The whole lens was dirty and smudged, dirt was in the grooves, and the edges of the lens cap had small nicks. I did not place the dirty lens on my camera. I had ordered a new product. The condition of the lens is not the quality I expected. I am definitely returning this product.

With the trust it will be very good product, I brought this. Since I was rushing to move out of the country I didnt had a chance to open the box and verify its working or not because of the trust Amazon will have good products. when I tried this after reaching to my country, it shows that "Cannot recognize lens, attach it properly". I cleaned the lens and camera properly.. no issue with my camera as it works with another lens. I tried contacting sony customer service and they said, a flat fee of $135-$140 needs to be paid and your lens would require servicing. Thats where I landed up with this now and its like loosing my whole money..!
