It works perfectly with my A7m3, most the Canon L lens works great on it including eye focus. 100-400 ii is the worst one, over 200mm focal length the focus is still lagging. Like all the others, video recording focus not working very well. Generally, It’s amazing gadget, very happy with it.

Works as expected with the Canon lenses I tried, 24-70 f2.8, 85mm 1.8, 40mm 2.8 and 70-200 f4. The eye AF works, not as fast as native lenses, but it works fast enough.

Works well enough for me, very secure fit, focuses very well using my Canon 17-40mm with a Sony A7iii.

Works great! I use either all manual lenses or Sigma lenses and have had no issues. However, I know people who have used it with autofocus cannon lenses without issue. It was a little tight when I used it the first few times but it lossenes up after a few uses.
