I love this lens. It’s versatile and crisp. Personally, I enjoy the weight, as it gives me more control of the camera. My girlfriend doesn’t like the weight so much, but then again, I’m usually the one using this one. For the price, you really can’t do much better. This thing is awesome and I love it. Word to the wise, the selection of filters that fit this thing is pretty limited, but they can be found. Check out Gobe.

Outstanding lens. I have never had one that takes pictures this good. I have not had to delete any pictures taken by it. Maintains high contrast from nearly 0 to 255 on my Nikon D7200. Highly recommended, you will not be dissatisfied. Oh, and do get the focus calibration setup from other buyers to ensure auto-focus is perfectly set on your camera and if any calibration adjustment is needed. i needed to adjust my camera by 1, but the pictures are astounding!

As a professional photographer myself, this lens is the a beautiful piece of equipment to have. The speed that it has when focusing is very fast, no hiccups. Fits perfectly into my t6i. The quality of the material and the lens are ASTONISHING. Forever will be my favorite lens!

5 Stars all around. This is a great lens. I have it paired with my crop sensor Canon Rebel T3i and it’s still amazing. This is definitely a heavy lens so prepare to work out at least your grip hand lol but absolutely no complaints. Will probably be the only portrait lens I will need to use.

People isnt lying about how big this lens is In fact, its bigger than I thought it would be 86mm filter is not a common size but you can still find some with B+W This lens is heavy too I dont recommend using this lens on a crop body or a smaller body without battery grip Focus is right on with some AF fine tune in camera The focus speed and accuracy is way better than the Sigma 35 1.4 A Optical quality is amazing I use this lens on D810 body You can see every single pore on people faces Not a complaint, but expect some skin smoothing on a imperfect face

I love this lens. The cost/value proposition is absolutely absurd in a Good way of course. The “lil” Sigma delivers class-leading image quality at a fraction of the cost of 1st party lens manufacturer. This is a do-not-pass-go lens. You should stop and buy it right now!

The best investment I ever did! It’s a 85mm lens but the quality it produce for the price and speed you will want to make it your everyday lens. Huge filter size! I knew I was going to want that f1.2 when I got this sigma but I was absolutely wrong :). This is one lens I’m keeping for life!

Nice lens. I own all of Canon’s L glass for my 1DX line up and this thing is great. It is def faster on focus and more accurate than my 85L 1.2 Canon. I also recommend Sigmas 105 1.4. It’s just as sick
