This lens is remarkably sharp! Specifically, perfect for a low light photography. As you can see, it seems , it is in the middle of the day, but actually, it is 8:30pm. The yellow flowers photo was taken in complete darkness; I couldnt even see through the viewfinder!

Solid lens.optical image stabilization is a bit noisy when handling,(floating elements)?. It performs perfectly in low light.auto focusing is decent,but it is external ,so sometimes your fingers get in the way while its focusing.all in all its great lens to keep on your camera.

I use this lens for my work and its ok, i should have got my job to pay alittle extra for some better glass but my issue is that it has a hard time certain focus points and its fairly heavy.

work as I expected. The pictures that I took turn out very nice both indoor and outdoor. The lens is a tad heavier and bigger then the kit lens.

Best lens ever. F2.8 lens. Takes excellent photos. Would highly recommend this lens to anyone looking for a better 17-50. The 17-70 is also a great lens but a little more money.

Great lens great price point. yes it is an older lens its not one of their newest series of lenses however it does the job flawlessly. Auto focus is on point never have any issue with chromatic aberration.

I love this lens! Its small, easy to change focal length, can be locked in at 17mm, and its fast at 2.8. Also its sharp enough for great 4K video.
