Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS II SLR Lens White Box

When I had received the lens I was immediately excited, it was because my original 18-55mm lens had broke and I really needed a new 18-55mm lens for my photography class. Now at first, I wasnt sure if I should buy a new one because I thought I can get my lens fixed for a cheap price due to the shutter blades being misplaced in its lens but I soon found out I actually needed to buy. This caused me to look to Amazon where I found a reasonable price to buy that lens so I thank you for that. Overall for the first time to buy at such a low price, the lens were quick to ship to my home and the 18-55mm work beautifully.

Just got this lens today, and immediately tried it out on my camera. The lens does what it is advertised to do...produced nice wide-angle shots, so no complaints about that. However, the unhappy part of it came when I tried to remove the filter. It is completely stuck on my 18-55 mm lens. It will not budge no matter what I do. Ive never had this issue with a lens filter before. I have a Canon t7i and this lens was billed as fitting my model. Needless to say, I am not going to be very happy if I cant remove this lens or have to pay a repair shop to get it off. I tried a few tricks of the trade and it just will not budge.

Great starter lens if youre looking for just a basic lens that can get close ups and a little zoom. I recently dropped my camera and broke the lens so I purchased this one to replace it and I have no regrets. Great product, great buying experience.
