I would suggest to buy the sd card, clear case and a lens cap on amazon. Optional, an LED camera light. Very easy to use, the print come out just like the printer, super cute!! Oh don’t forget to get a photo book album!
Defective
Do not waste your money! I purchased two of these cameras and both were defected. The first one’s screen did not turn on, you could hear the noise that it was on but screen was pitch black. Ordered a second one as I was so excited to utilize the hybrid feature and everything seemed fine until I started printing photos and each photo has a glare/blob printed on each one. Tried it with a fresh pack of film as well but got the same results. Wasted a lot of film on a camera that needs to be developed more. Extremely disappointed.
Error at printing
Honestly esthetically speaking, the camera is BEAUTIFUL!!! I bought it because I found a beautiful advent calendar for Christmas from MYSUDESIGNS. The camera it’s bigger than I thought. I ended up returning because it had this glitch and when printing it would have some ink lines, after some research found out it was a manufacturer error. I retuned it and bought just the printer (which tbh I mostly usted this beautiful hybrid camera with the Bluetooth option and printing from my phone). I’m really sad i had to return it but I rather have my instax photos looking beautiful all the time

It's a Fuji moment!
I was so excited to be able to take instant pictures again! This is nothing like the big clunky instant camera I grew up with! It's more compact. I was surprised that it even has a screen and it does so much more! It can be connected to your smart phone to save images, for remote shooting, and printing images already on your phone! The film is readily available in store and online but with connectivity, the options are endless. What a great way to expand your creativity and share with others!
New take on a classic, with charm of the original
The INSTAX MINI EVO Hybrid Instant Camera is just so cool with many features that maintain the original charm of an instantly printed photograph with modernized function. First, it can act as a digital camera and you can choose which images are printed—images don’t print automatically as in the “old days,” which allows more efficiency with film. Second, the digit aspect of the camera offers editing and design features for creativity in printing, such as a sepia, black-and-white, or hi-fi color effect. Third, there is a self-timer, as well as a small mirror on the front that serves as a way to ensure your “selfie” is in the frame just right— so clever and convenient!! Fourth: I already mentioned that you can choose what gets printed, and the instant print has great likeness to the printing cameras of the past. So cute, charming, and iconic. In addition to printing from the camera, you can print from your smart phone via an app— what?! Yes, I did it and you wouldn’t be able to tell on which device the image originated. This gives so much customization for creativity. Fifth: the camera is rechargeable with a micro USB cable, which I LOVE. No more having to keep batteries at hand for snapping a photo or printing something you’ve already taken. Amazing quality
This camera is so much fun. The design is sleek and classy. I like how they made it to where you can take your own photo. The front has a little mirror so you can see yourself. When holding this camera it is light weight. I did install the strap so I wouldn't drop it. Also makes carrying easier. To load the film is super simple. I love how easy this camera is to use. Photos come out crisp and clear.
Awesome features
This was the perfect gift for my daughter. She has been wanting to start scrapbooking, so this camera was the perfect way to get her started. The pictures come out great. Pictures are taken daily. Absolutely amazing!!!!!
Retro 35mm body yet digital and printer.
Retro 35mm body yet digital and printer. The camera takes good images and is able to print on the spot, allowing someone to give out an image right then and there. The camera does feel fairly light and somewhat fragile in the hand though, and the image transfer is hard to understand as, even in the manual provided by the companion app, it does not give instructions on how to transfer photos from the camera to your smartphone. The image transfer also ONLY works with printed images, which is a big downside as well. I do like the idea of the selfie mirror in the front although I would of liked it to be larger and not curved so much. For myself, the slot of the USB plug / and sd slot the flap does get in the way of the slots. It does seem to be flimsy and easy to break if you move the flap the wrong way to get the plugs into the slotted area. Upon printing the 3rd photo it is noisy as it squeaks as if it's struggling. As with the old polaroid film it takes time for the photo to appear.
Cool and fun camera and pics
I love this Fiji Instax mini Evo hybrid instant camera. It has some really cool and fun features. It’s not just an instant camera but also a digital camera and a printer. It’s not like those old time instant cameras where your pictures printed instantly whether it was a good or and your film got waste plus you could save your pictures. This camera lets you store your pictures and print the ones you want when you want. It has a micro sd slot for extra storage. It also prints pictures directly from other devices thru the instax app which I think is awesome. It works with the instax mini instant film cartridge. The pictures are small, wallet size, fun size. Another fun feature of this camera is it has multiple lens and films effect, so I can take some really cool fun pictures like mirror image. It also has remote shooting that I can control thru the instax app on my device or automatic shooting with the timer. Oh yeah for all the selfie takers, it has a little selfie mirror on the front and a accessory shoe port for those selfie lights and it can also be mounted on a tripod. This camera has so many cool features, I love it. It’s fairly easy to use, if you have ever used a digital camera then you will have no problems. The kids love it too. It’s got a nice size screen which I like, so it’s easy to see what I’m shooting. The camera itself is a good size, not heavy, maybe same weight as phone. It comes with charger cable and hanging straps.
Fun and Easy to Use!
This camera was quick to setup, change and start taking pictures! You can even apply vignettes or other special lens effects. I can Bluetooth to my phone and print pics from my phone. A quick way to capture and share! One caution, choosing the wrong brightness level can washout the image.
