Install Flash Player The best way to improve your photos or videos is to start with the right lighting. Its not just a question of the amount of light, but the "temperature" of the light. Some household lamps give off a warm, orange color, while others give you a cool blue color. This light ring helps you compensate for these color differences and enhance the color to give you just the right look. For example, if your room has cool florescent or LED lights, you can easily add just a bit of warmth by dialing up a lower color temperature, giving your photos or videos a more natural look. Before ordering this light, I tried a couple of smaller lights and they simply didnt work the way I wanted. This ring was large enough for me to shoot with two different cameras at the same time and both were perfectly exposed. One of my favorite features is the wireless remote control. Its radio controlled, so you can stand anywhere in the room and you dont need to aim it at the light. The remote is super easy to use. It has a dial similar to Apples original iPod with a button in the middle to toggle between the brightness and the color temperature. This is so much easier than other lights Ive used. The LED on the remote makes it easy to see exactly what the current settings are by giving you the exact brightness level (1-100) and the "Temperature" of the light, which is a scale starting at about 3000 degrees Kelvin (warm) to 5800 (cool). It also comes with a high quality stand thats easy to set up and a couple of camera accessories such as a mobile phone holder with a detachable swivel. This mobile phone adapter is particularly good because it uses a screw mount instead of a spring, so it holds your phone more securely, which is important to me I wouldnt trust a spring mount to hold a $1000 mobile phone. It comes nicely packaged and it even comes with a handy travel bag to protect it when you carry it around. I hope you found this review helpful. Feel free to post questions in the comments.

The plastic the light casing is made with is solid, and the stand is basically all metal (see pic (really sturdy)). There’s multiple channels you can save and have preset on the light and everything can be controlled with the remote. The lights range is great, and the cables are long and useful.. Since everryyybody’s got a good and bad list, here’s what I can come up with.. Pros: • Remote – First time having a remote, and I’ll never go back. • Easy Set Up – Seriously so simple and quick to get it up and running. • Accessories – There’s a phone holder (thats not spring loaded, & it pivots!), and multiple camera attachments that allows for you to only need something to shoot with. There’s a cable wrap for clean keeping, and a screw driver (although I didn’t even need for set up, so, thanks!) • Price – A fraction of what I’ve paid in the past for what were worse options. Cons: • Travel-ability – The light and accessories fit in the travel case it comes with, but you will have to pack the stand separately in it’s box (or bag of choice). Although this is a very small detail, I just thought it was worth noting that everything doesn’t all fit inside the travel bag.. However, you can put the light and case with the stand and its box inside the box that they came in. Just being nit-picky here. All in all, very happy with this new addition to my arsenal

I did not know this type of thing existed. I stumbled upon it by accident as my sister is a huge photo freak and she mentioned it. My photos and videos have always been horrible and now I know why. I did not have proper lightning. This light makes a world of difference. I must admit I am now in love and dont know what I did before having it. It is huge. It can sit on a table or on the enclosed tripod and can get really tall or short depending on what you need. The light can be dimmed, brighten or whatever your preference may be for the picture or video you are taking. It is great for selfies as well. Now I know how people get these amazing selfies that they are not afraid to post. It includes everything needed including a remote which is huge plus as sometimes I am lazy. It even has a carrying case in which everything fits in, including the tripod stand. Instructions are included for the light, remote, and even general ones but besides operating the remote I really didnt need them. It is pretty easy to set up and use. Learning and getting amazing pictures does take practice but you can see a difference immediately in your picture quality. This is something everyone should have in our digital era.

Install Flash Player Ive had this giant LED Ring Light on a wish list for a while. Im so glad I decided to just buy it already! The results I get from this light are amazing. The light itself was easy to setup and comes with a lot of different attachments. Out of the box, I didnt have to put anything together! Thats always a plus in my book. The plastic diffuser panels were already clipped onto the ring light, again one less thing to put together. The power adapter comes with a really long power cord which is very helpful in certain situations..like me not tripping over it for example! The stand is very adjustable to accommodate height. Once the ring light is mounted to the stand, the ring light itself is adjustable to a certain angle. For example, if I am shooting a subject from above, I can angle the ring light down to provide full coverage of light onto the subject. For the purpose of this review and testing, I used a stationary object in my studio with a black background. The remote was easy to figure out. You can have up to four saved presets of light settings on the remote for the ring light. I played around with a few saving a warm temp and a cool temp light setting. The ONLY negative thing I can think of with the remote, is that the battery is already at 50%. I have to consider the cheap batteries that manufacturers put into these devices, therefore the battery life of the remote is not a flaw in the remote. Check out the video for some awesome results of this LED Ring Light! It is a great deal and significantly less expensive than the other giant LED Ring Lights on Amazon.

Ive bought a Ring Fluorescent Flash Light about 3 years ago and it broke, hence had to buy a new one in about same price range and I was blown away about the progress manufacturers have made in the meantime. With these powerful LEDs which you can dim and adjust the color temperature at the light itself and with the very convenient remote control, Im now in a completely different world. With the old light it was always too dark or too bright and color temperature was always off and here I can adjust everything to the point. Will definitely buy a 2nd one (which I can even control with same remote control). It was also very easy to assemble and the remote works like a charm. It was not even necessary to check the manual.

I have been wanting a second ring light for a couple months now because I am a YouTuber and also a cosplayer. Ring lights are amazing and easy to set up and take down - take on the go when needed. Because I’m a cosplayer I prefer to do my own photography and ring lights are my go to. I like how even the light is without blinding me especially with the dimmable option. You can also set specific brightnesses so all you need to do is click 1,2,3 etc It was a little confusing how to attach the top light to the stand but after messing around i figured it out. The stand is very study so I’m not scared of it falling over. The plates that go on top of the light are pretty good at defusing the light but I still suggest purchasing a ring light sock so it’s less harsh in video and photos! This doesn’t over heat at all due to it being LED. It comes with 2 plugs. USA and international so you can use literally anywhere! This comes with a remote to control the brightness, different phone attachments and you can use your phone vertical or horizontal! I just use my Nikon camera. Overall I suggest strongly! Most ringlights for this price do not come with a stand and you’ll need to buy your own. I included photos without the light on and with it on so you can see the difference! Please excuse how I look, I just got off work. No filters or adjustments were done

I ordered this light because I needed something bigger than the light that I was currently using. When I first saw the listing I was impressed by the size, and all the features that it came with, especially the remote for the price. This also made me a little skeptical because many lights this size are very expensive. After testing the light for the last week Im very happy with the remote control function. I use a setup for my video making why cant get to the controls very easily so having the Remote Control Function to adjust the lighting is a great feature. It does a great lighting range salami to adjust for the correct lighting depending on the shot that Im working on. And the size of the Ring allows me to sit my camera very easily inside even when its on a ball head. Overall Im extremely happy with the light, and so far it seems like a great value for the price in comparison to other lights in this size with less features. After ordering the light is ordered quickly and shipped out fast, and arrived in perfect working order. Overall my experience so far has been fantastic.

Install Flash Player Most of what I have to say about this light is in the video, but there are a couple things I didnt mention. First, the light claims a CRI (Color Rendering Index) of 97, which is very high. The highest possible CRI is 100, so that means this ring light makes about as pure light as you can get from an LED device. I have no way to test the CRI from this light, but the light quality was very good in my experience. Second, I know there are a lot of controls and they might look confusing, but the reality was that I was able to turn it on and figure it out immediately. Dont be put off by how complex the controls may seem, as this is dead easy to use. This is not the cheapest ring light around, but it is one of the biggest and you get a lot of extras for the money. I recommend it.

Im fully pleased with this light. I love that the brightness, but also the hue, is adjustable. If you ever need to change the lighting while you are recording, it even comes with a remote. It can hold either a camera or a phone. Comes with holders for both. Plus the height if fully adjustable. I dont have one thing to complain about this light. Its pretty great!

I have a ring light but I like this one better because the ring is a lot bigger, so the light spreads farther to me. Having a remote to adjust the lighting is very convenient and it worked like a charm. It was well packaged and was very easy to set up. I love that it came with a few extra attachments too. The carrying case is very convenient, although I wish the stand fit comfortably in there with the ring light. But its okay because the whole thing is lightweight! Im glad I got this one to use for filming YouTube videos!
