Just as good as the name-brand batteries at a great price
Alkaline batteries are pretty much all the same -- if you buy the name-brand ones, you're paying for marketing. Someone's gotta pay that bunny rabbit that keeps pounding the drum, right? These Up & Up alkaline batteries work just as well as other name-brand alkaline batteries, but they cost significantly less. The packaging is basic, but gets the job done. I appreciate that the plastic clamshell isn't impossible to open like other plastic packaging, and the clamshell closes and latches in place to work as good storage for the batteries until you need to use them. I tried these out in a TV remote control and they worked exactly as expected.

Do not buy for expensive equipment
Battery is very cheaply made, and caused residue (not corrosion) to build up on contacts requiring cleaning to get expensive photo equipment working again. The middle of the negative end wears off onto equipment so new batteries do not make contact. One piece I was able to save, another I was not. Very frustrating.

Worst. Batteries. Ever. Dont. Buy.
These batteries lasted just 2 days!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! WHAT A RIP OFF. WE’ll see if they give me my money back!?

Great packaging!!
Excellent pack of batteries!! It’s very helpful to have in this sort of close-able packaging versus typical battery packaging. Hard to comment of life of batteries yet but the packaging is fantastic!!

Good Batteries!
The batteries worked fine in our cable remote and I’m glad that I got them because we are often out of batteries but this pack really came in handy in a pinch to allow me to get the remote to PRK on our tv!

Gets the job done
These batteries seem to get the job done fine. They come in an easy-open pack which is a pleasant change from other brands. A hundred years ago when I worked at RadioShack, our store-brand batteries were just relabeled name-brand batteries so I peeled off the label from one of these up & up batteries but there was no info to be found. The expiration date on my pack was about 10 years out so I shouldn’t have a problem getting through the pack before they go bad.

Works great
These batteries work just as good as the name brand batteries in my opinion. They are good in a big pack so when my remotes or flashlight needs batteries I have them in hand to use. I highly recommend.

Batteries
Box set of 48 AA batteries. I love this packaging, the fact that it’s organized and upright in a re-closable container is a win. I have no complaints on the batteries, I usually buy store brand and these work as expected.

Great batteries! They get the job done. Was a little skeptical at first since I'm usually used to getting brand name batteries but these work just as good! Would recommend them to anyone looking for long lasting quality batteries.

Great batteries
I received these batteries for free as part of the head bull’s-eye program but the review is 100% my own. These batteries work great and are a good price point. I also like that they come in their own container to store them easily. I would recommend them to others. It is nice having a supply at home so you don’t run out.
