Beautiful Health Fitness Tracker
Beautiful fitness / health tracker. This isn’t a smartwatch, it’s a smart device. The difference ? A smartwatch is great for folks who want a mini phone on their rist, but this is for folks who want a device to track their health and fitness and it does so superbly. I also own an Apple Watch SE and highly prefer the Versa 4. The screen is brighter, and more colorful. Easier on eyes. It’s extremely comfortable by comparison. Th battery lasts an entire week between chargers. The app allows logging in food (yep can even scan bar codes), water, weight, sleep, heart, fitness, mental health, recovery, stress and includes meditations and workouts for all types of folks. It’s truly a gem of a device

Design team needs to work harder
Design team needs to work harder on the band. The watch itself is fine, but the band provided with it is awful. If I knew how I'd request a partial refund.

Fitbit watch wont work. Just goes to fitbit logo and wont start had it a little over a year

Don't do it.
Absolute garbage. Killed my versa 2 decided to “upgrade” and I’m so disappointed. It will not track my heart rate consistently. I worked out intensely for an hour and it counted 2 zone minutes. My versa 2 had zero issue keeping the hr. I read other reviews about the watch and decided to take a chance. Don’t do it! The ONLY improvement they made for the 4 was the band quick release but the small plastic part that “releases” the band makes me nervous that it will break easily.

BLACK SCREEN AND STILL VIBRATING BUT STOPED VIBRATING AFTER A COUPLE MINUTES
I literally froze on me when I just dropped it a couple times. Plus it’s brand new ????. Fit bit sucks. MONEY BACK!!

WARNING PARENTS: Do Not Buy, Useless
If your child is under 13 or over 13 and on a supervised google account this watch is completely USELESS! They can only use an Ace tracker (a glorified expensive pedometer) and if they are over 13 on a supervised account (so you can limit screen time and block social media apps) then guess what?? You can’t use ANY Fitbit or Google device, not even the Ace tracker. Look elsewhere for your young athlete and try a Garmin, Apple, or other exercise wearable that actually works for your child/teen.

Broke after a year
I love Fit Bit watches as I have used them for years, but this watch was the first time after a year of use it died on me. I bought it Nov 2022. My other watches had lasted 2+years. Very disappointed and expected at least one more year out of this.

I've had several Fitbits over the years all the way back to the little skinny ones. This is by far my options & easier to change the band
