Box arrived empty and no refund
I ordered an Apple Watch from Target, but when it arrived, the box felt empty, and it was clear the package had been tampered with. The Target seal was broken and resealed with clear tape. When I contacted Target, they told me since the item was marked as delivered, they couldn’t do anything and directed me to FedEx. FedEx denied my claim, saying the retailer (Target) had not reported the issue and they don’t allow claims on their shipments. Both Target and FedEx refused to take responsibility, leaving me stuck with an empty box and no resolution. This was an extremely frustrating experience, and I will not trust Target for delivering electronics again.
