Blown Away
This product exceeded the high expectations I had by delivering phenomenal quality video and photos. Both the audio and the battery were equally as impressive. Meta hit this one out of the park!
Had only issues with these glasses and no support from Ray-Ban
I used it as a sunglasses/headphones more than anything. The matterial they use is cheap and will fall apart like a cheap pair of glasses. The arm screw fell out and the store cannot replace it. Then the call to Customer support was a waste of time. Meanwhile, the headphone stopped working and the camera button also is unresponsive. I then created a Service request on their website "Luxottica" where they repeatedly said the glasses were out of Warranty when the receipt clearly shows it's only been 8 - 10 months since I bought it. I've made 3 failed attempts to get support from them. The product and support is the absolute worst for an expensive technology item!
Horrible online shopping Experience
Horrible and I mean horrible delivery service I bought a pair of ray bans meta gen 1 and was sent after shave... An when I got it I tried talking to customer service on the phone and at the target near Cerritos mall they didnt help me but decide to say and email me that my order was fulfilled. Basically sold me a 30 dollar shaving cream which I sent pictures of to the targets email for delivery errors for as much as the ray bans are. Really upset and makes me not want to shop online with target anymore

Beware dont buy
These glasses are the epitome of a waste of money, not only have I gone through three pairs that have either broken cannot connect or will not charge and have the worst time trying to either exchange or return them because they are in such high popular demand that they cannot keep them in stock so once you get your defected pair and pay for it you have to wait another two weeks to a month in order for them to replace it with another pair that doesn’t work I highly suggest going to either Oakley Maui gym or Shady rays. They are much better and if you’re looking for AI glasses the Oakley’s although they don’t have the best frames, the technology seems to be working much Better
Clean Style Smart Features and Polarized Clarity
I’ve been using the Ray‑Ban Meta Wayfarer glasses in Matte Black with Polarized Gray lenses, and they’ve been a great combo of style and tech. The frames look clean and modern, and they fit well—comfortable for all-day use. The polarized lenses really help cut down glare, especially when I’m outside or driving. Vision is sharp, and colors stay natural. What surprised me most was the smart functionality—being able to take pictures and short videos hands-free is a nice bonus. It’s discreet and works better than expected. The connection to the phone is smooth. The Meta View app pairs easily and lets me check what I’ve captured or tweak the settings. Battery life has been decent so far with casual use. Only small downside is that the matte finish does pick up smudges, so I keep a cloth handy. Other than that, solid build, great clarity, and some cool smart features I didn’t know I’d use this often.
Awesome glasses
These are such great glasses. They are great for taking photos or videos when hiking or at a sporting event. You can link it to your phone and get a perfect view of action sports or be hands free when needed. I opted to replace the lenses with tinted ones to help protect my eyes.
Meta Sunglasses
Quality: The glasses felt sturdy and well built. Fit: they were nice and snug without digging in. If you have a larger head, they might be on the small side. Functionality: definitely takes some time to understand all the functions, but I like the concept and ability to capture events, learn about my environment in realtime. Charges well in the case, just make sure you hear the click.
Cheap 12mp glasses that look worn down and beat after only a few uses
The coating in the center delaminated within 60 days and target won’t accept a refund. They gave contact info for meta guest relations and Marianne didn’t reply to my email.
Awesome Smart Device
The possibilities are ENDLESS. I do not consider myself a tech geek by any means and i feel like this device is very user friendly. It is easy to set up and put on the device each time. I have had these glasses for a couple of months now i am and constantly discovering new things to do with these glasses! The Ray Bans are very comfortable to wear and help block the sun very well. The glasses themselves are like a tiny computer and have so many different features. My favorites so far are 1) audio: which makes it much more comfortable to listen to anything for an extended amount of time since there are no earbuds needed. 2) visual: easy to take pictures of what i see AND edit them before sending to my phone. I need to still explore voice calling and the AI. So far so good!!
Not Your Grandmother’s Sunglasses
Right off the bat I was wowed by the case holder. It means business with its all leather brown charging case and light up button. Not heavy but a difference compared to regular Ray Bans. I actually had to gently remove it from the case. I am not one to get the latest electronic item but upon testing this I realized how simple it is to use after downloading the Meta app. Besides recording videos I can make calls, ask what I’m looking (object identification) such as a plant species, and it also translates language such as menu items. My only realistic drawback is I dropped these while I was getting into my car and the feeling of regret magnified so much more than regular smegular glasses. For me these glasses are a hands free option instead of whipping your phone out which in today’s hustle and bustle can be a good option for some. I don’t really see myself wearing these daily and will options to choose this pair if I head out into the big city. The smart features to view etc look very subtype on the glasses. Only someone staring closely at you would realize it just for personal reasons. A part of me felt this was fairly new of a technology and I wasn’t sure if it would be acceptable it I didn’t feel as if I was invading anybody’s privacy by recording my personal videos. This was by far the neatest item I was able to sample and I can see this being a treasure piece for those that frequently engage in social media and stay connected through multiple platforms. A game changer quite frankly.
